Best Dedicated (Private) Proxies in 2026: 8 Providers Compared

Team CleanProxies
12 Min Read

Looking for the best dedicated proxies? CleanProxies is the best dedicated (private) proxy provider in 2026: 100% dedicated US ISP proxies as low as $0.75/IP, never shared with anyone, on Tier-1 carrier ASNs with a 0 fraud score, unlimited bandwidth and threads, 100Gbps ports and under 20 ms average latency. Most "private proxies" on the market are datacenter IPs, semi-dedicated IPs shared by two or three customers, or plans with a per-IP bandwidth meter. CleanProxies gives you the one combination that actually matters: an IP that belongs only to you, on a network websites trust.

Dedicated proxies sound simple. You pay for an IP and nobody else uses it. In practice the word covers very different products: a datacenter IP from a hosting company, a "private" IP shared with one or two strangers, or a static ISP IP registered to a real US carrier. The price, the trust score and the ban rate are completely different. This guide explains dedicated vs private vs shared vs semi-dedicated, ranks the eight providers worth considering, and shows you how to verify that a "dedicated" IP really is yours before you buy in bulk. Competitor figures come from each provider's own pages, checked in October 2026 and linked below.

TL;DR

  • CleanProxies is the best dedicated proxy provider in 2026. Dedicated US ISP proxies as low as $0.75/IP, the cheapest pricing in the market, 100% dedicated and never shared, 0 fraud score, Tier-1 carrier ASNs (Spectrum, Frontier, Comcast, AT&T, Cox, Verizon), unlimited bandwidth and threads, 100Gbps ports, <20 ms latency, 99.9% uptime, instant delivery and 24/7 support.

  • Most competitors sell dedicated datacenter IPs (Webshare, Oxylabs, IPRoyal, MyPrivateProxy), which websites can identify as hosting traffic. Their dedicated ISP products, where they exist, cost $2.00–$3.50 per IP or carry bandwidth allowances.

  • "Private" doesn't always mean yours alone. Webshare's "private" tier is shared with 1 to 2 users, and Oxylabs' standard ISP IPs are shared with up to 3. Only a fully dedicated IP protects you from other people's bans.

Dedicated vs private vs semi-dedicated vs shared proxies

Providers use these words loosely, so pin down what you're actually buying:

Access typeWho uses the IPBan risk from other usersTypical use
DedicatedOnly you, for your whole rentalNoneMulti-accounting, checkouts, ads, long sessions
PrivateUsually only you, but some providers allow 1–2 othersLow to mediumVaries by provider; read the definition
Semi-dedicated2–3 customers at onceMediumBudget scraping on loose targets
SharedMany customersHighThrowaway, low-value tasks

The second axis is where the IP comes from:

  • Dedicated datacenter proxies are fast and cheap, but the IP belongs to a hosting company's ASN. Anti-bot systems flag hosting ranges first, so these IPs hit captchas and blocks on social, e-commerce and ticketing sites.

  • Dedicated ISP proxies (also called static residential proxies) are IPs registered to consumer internet providers such as Comcast or Spectrum but hosted on server hardware. Websites see a home-broadband ASN, so you get residential-level trust with datacenter speed and a permanent address. Read ISP vs residential vs datacenter proxies for the full breakdown.

The best dedicated proxy is a dedicated ISP proxy: one IP, one owner, a carrier ASN, unlimited bandwidth. That is exactly what CleanProxies sells.

1. CleanProxies: the best dedicated proxies in 2026

CleanProxies specializes in US ISP proxies, and every one of them is a 100% dedicated IP that is never shared. Each dedicated ISP proxy is a real US IP on a Tier-1 carrier ASN, including Spectrum, Frontier, Comcast, AT&T, Cox and Verizon, served from Ashburn, Virginia on 100Gbps ports.

Why it's the best dedicated proxy provider:

  • As low as $0.75/IP, the cheapest pricing in the market for a dedicated US ISP IP, with every tier published on the pricing page. No sales call, no contract.

  • 100% dedicated, never shared. No "private but shared with two others" fine print. Your IP carries only your traffic for as long as you renew.

  • The cleanest ISP IPs available. Every IP has a 0 fraud score, screened before delivery, so you start with a spotless reputation instead of inheriting someone else's history. See why clean IP quality matters.

  • Tier-1 carrier ASNs. Real consumer ISP origin, not hosting ranges, so sites treat your traffic like a home connection.

  • Unlimited bandwidth and unlimited threads. No 100 GB allowance, no fair-use step-down, no overage fees.

  • 100Gbps network ports, under 20 ms average latency and 99.9% uptime, so dedicated never means slow.

  • HTTP(S) and SOCKS5, with UDP support, plus IP whitelisting or user:pass authentication.

  • Instant delivery from a 1M+ static IP pool and 24/7 dedicated support.

Need a whole dedicated range? ISP subnet proxies give you a dedicated /24 block (255 IPs), 510 or 1,020 IPs from $1.19/IP, ideal when a partner whitelists by range. See what ISP subnet proxies are.

Also in the same account: rotating residential proxies with 50M+ IPs in 190+ countries as low as $0.63/GB, and real 4G/5G mobile proxies with 10M+ IPs as low as $0.79/GB. Residential and mobile data never expires.

2. Webshare

Webshare's dedicated proxy page lists dedicated proxy server plans from $1.33 per proxy at 20 IPs to $1.05 at 1,000, with 500 to 3,000 threads depending on the plan. Its pricing page explains the access tiers: shared proxies are used by many customers, and "private" proxies are shared with 1 to 2 users; only "dedicated" is exclusive.

Where it falls short: the dedicated plans are datacenter "proxy server" IPs, which hosting-aware anti-bot systems spot first. Bandwidth starts at 250 GB and goes to unlimited "subject to our Fair Usage Policy," and threads are capped by plan. A buyer who picks "private" expecting exclusivity may be sharing the IP. See CleanProxies vs Webshare and our Webshare alternatives.

3. Oxylabs

Oxylabs' dedicated datacenter pricing runs from $2.00 per IP for small orders to $1.20 per IP at 2,080+ IPs, with bandwidth "unlimited, subject to fair usage" and VAT that may apply.

Where it falls short: these are datacenter IPs. Oxylabs' standard ISP proxies are shared with up to 3 users and drop from 100 to 10 sessions per IP after 50 GB in a billing cycle, and its dedicated ISP product has no published price. You pay more than CleanProxies for a datacenter IP, or share an ISP IP. See CleanProxies vs Oxylabs.

4. IPRoyal

IPRoyal's datacenter pricing starts at $1.57 per proxy for 30 days, $1.48 for 60 days and $1.39 for 90 days, with each proxy "reserved just for you while you use it." Its ISP proxies start at $2.70 for 30 days and $2.40 for 90 days.

Where it falls short: the best rates need a 90-day rental, the datacenter page lists no quantity discounts, and ISP bandwidth comes with "fair usage protection" rather than no caps. A dedicated IPRoyal ISP IP costs more than three times CleanProxies' floor. See CleanProxies vs IPRoyal.

5. Proxy-Seller

Proxy-Seller markets "private" ISP proxies from $0.98/IP, with each IP serving one customer during the rental term, and separate datacenter IPv4 proxies on a "1 Gbps channel."

Where it falls short: its ISP speeds are quoted "up to 1 Gbps," a hundredth of CleanProxies' 100Gbps ports, and its fair-usage FAQ sets 100 GB of traffic and 100 threads per IP by default. The from-price isn't tied to a country or quantity. CleanProxies is cheaper per dedicated IP with no traffic allowance at all.

6. Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)

Decodo's ISP pricing lists dedicated ISP IPs from $3.33 each on a 3-IP plan down to $2.00 at 2,000 IPs, billed monthly plus VAT. Its cheaper ISP options are shared, billed per IP or per GB.

Where it falls short: even at 2,000 IPs, a dedicated Decodo IP costs well over double CleanProxies' floor before tax. See CleanProxies vs Decodo.

7. Bright Data

Bright Data's ISP pricing shows dedicated ISP IPs from $3.50 at 10 IPs to $2.50 at 1,000, next to a shared ladder.

Where it falls short: every IP includes a 100 GB monthly fair-usage allowance and the page says "additional charges may apply" without stating the rate. You pay over three times CleanProxies' price and still watch a meter. See CleanProxies vs Bright Data.

8. MyPrivateProxy

MyPrivateProxy sells private proxies at $1.13 a month with unlimited bandwidth, non-sequential IPs and locations in US data-center cities such as Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles and New York.

Where it falls short: the network promise is 99% uptime, versus CleanProxies' 99.9%, the page lists HTTP/HTTPS rather than SOCKS5 with UDP, and the IPs are tied to data-center cities rather than consumer carrier ASNs, so they won't pass as home connections on strict targets.

What the numbers mean

Here's what 1,000 dedicated IPs a month cost at each provider's published rate for that volume (or its lowest published rate where no 1,000-IP tier is shown):

ProviderProduct at 1,000 IPsRateMonthly costExtra vs CleanProxies per year
CleanProxiesDedicated ISP, Tier-1 carrier ASNs$0.99/IP (as low as $0.75 at 10,000)$990—
WebshareDedicated datacenter$1.05/IP$1,050$720
OxylabsDedicated datacenter$1.20/IP (lowest tier, 2,080+ IPs)$1,200$2,520
IPRoyalDedicated ISP, 90-day rental$2.40/IP$2,400$16,920
DecodoDedicated ISP$2.00+/IP + VAT$2,000+$12,120+
Bright DataDedicated ISP$2.50/IP$2,500$18,120

Three things make the gap larger than the table shows:

  1. Origin. Webshare and Oxylabs are datacenter IPs. On social, retail and ticketing sites a datacenter IP that gets blocked is worth nothing, so a CleanProxies ISP IP at the same price or less does far more work.

  2. Bandwidth meters. Bright Data's 100 GB per IP and Proxy-Seller's 100 GB default become overage fees on image-heavy crawls or video ad verification. CleanProxies has no meter.

  3. Sharing. On a semi-dedicated or "private-but-shared" plan, one flagged IP in three raises your cost per usable IP by half.

Key stats

  • Bots are the majority of web traffic. Imperva's 2025 Bad Bot Report found automated traffic made up 51% of all web traffic in 2024, with bad bots at 37%. Sites score every IP as a result, and a shared or hosting-range IP starts with a worse score.

  • IPv4 is scarce and expensive to own. IPv4.Center puts /24 block prices at roughly $25–35 per IP in 2026. Renting a dedicated carrier IP as low as $0.75 a month costs a fraction of buying one.

  • AI crawlers are tightening defences. Cloudflare's 2025 Year in Review reports AI bots averaged 4.2% of HTML requests in 2025, pushing anti-bot vendors to scrutinise hosting ASNs harder, which carrier-ASN ISP proxies avoid.

Which dedicated proxy should you pick?

Pick CleanProxies. It is the only provider here that combines a fully dedicated IP, a real US carrier ASN, unlimited bandwidth and the cheapest pricing in the market:

Every other provider makes you give something up: a datacenter ASN, a shared "private" IP, a bandwidth meter, VAT, a 90-day term or a slower port. CleanProxies doesn't. For the full ISP comparison see the best ISP proxy providers, and browse US proxy locations or the comparison hub.

How to verify a dedicated proxy before you buy in bulk

  1. Check the ASN. Paste a sample IP into the free proxy checker. A dedicated ISP proxy should show a consumer carrier such as Comcast, Spectrum or Verizon, not a hosting company.

  2. Check the fraud score and location. It should be clean and in the US state you paid for.

  3. Get exclusivity in writing. Ask whether anyone else can route traffic through the IP during your term. "Private" and "dedicated" mean different things at different providers.

  4. Read the bandwidth and thread clauses. Look for per-IP GB allowances, session step-downs and thread caps.

  5. Price your real volume. Use the tier you'll actually buy, add VAT if it applies, and check the rental period.

  6. Test on your real target. Send a fixed number of requests and count clean responses and response times.

  7. Start with the $4.99 trial. The CleanProxies trial gives you 5 dedicated US ISP proxies for 1 hour (or 100 MB of residential or mobile data) on the same network you'll use in production. Run steps 1 to 6 on it, then scale.

Avoid the setup errors that waste good IPs with 8 common proxy mistakes that cause bans.

Always confirm in writing that nobody else can use the IP. Every CleanProxies ISP proxy is 100% dedicated.

Dedicated ISP proxies. A datacenter IP belongs to a hosting company's ASN, which anti-bot systems flag first. A dedicated ISP proxy is registered to a consumer carrier such as Comcast or Spectrum, so it earns residential-level trust while keeping server speed and a fixed address.
