CleanProxies vs Oxylabs: Enterprise Features vs Lower Prices (2026)
Oxylabs is one of the biggest names in web data. It sells proxies alongside scraper APIs, an unblocking product and ready-made datasets, wrapped in monthly subscription plans that run from $30 to $2,500 and up. If you're an enterprise buying a managed data pipeline, that bundle has its place. But most proxy buyers run their own scrapers, bots and browser profiles. They need clean, fast, dedicated US IPs, and they end up paying enterprise prices for IPs that come with sharing and session limits.
This comparison sets CleanProxies against Oxylabs on what matters to teams that bring their own tools: which carriers the IPs come from, whether they're dedicated, what the fair-use rules do to your throughput, network speed, and price. Oxylabs' figures come from its own ISP proxies, residential pricing and mobile proxies pages, checked in October 2026.
TL;DR
CleanProxies wins on ISP proxies. 100% dedicated US IPs on Tier-1 carriers (Cox, Spectrum, Frontier, Verizon, Comcast, RCN, AT&T and T-Mobile) with 0 fraud score, against Oxylabs ISP IPs "shared with up to 3 users."
CleanProxies wins on throughput. Unlimited bandwidth and threads with no step-down, on 100Gbps ports with under 20 ms average latency. Oxylabs cuts each ISP IP from 100 to 10 concurrent sessions after 50 GB in a cycle.
CleanProxies wins on price. The cheapest pricing in the market: ISP as low as $0.75/IP vs $1.10, residential as low as $0.63/GB vs $2.50, mobile as low as $0.79/GB vs $3.50, with no subscription plan required.

What ISP proxies are, and why dedicated carrier IPs matter
An ISP proxy is a static IPv4 address registered to a consumer internet provider and hosted on server hardware. Sites see the ASN of a home-broadband carrier like Comcast or Spectrum, so the request starts with a high trust score, and you keep the same IP for as long as you rent it.
That trust is personal to the IP. Every login, checkout and request from the address builds its reputation with the sites you use. If the IP is shared with other customers, their behaviour becomes your history: one aggressive scraper on the same address can get it rate-limited or flagged on a site where you hold accounts. That's why exclusivity, not just carrier ownership, is the first thing to check.
CleanProxies: the US ISP proxy specialist
CleanProxies sells what it calls the cleanest ISP proxies on the internet, and its specialty is US ISP. Every ISP proxy is a real USA IP on a Tier-1 carrier ASN: Cox, Spectrum, Frontier, Verizon, Comcast and RCN, plus AT&T and T-Mobile. It runs on 100Gbps ports in Ashburn, Virginia, with under 20 ms average latency and 99.9% uptime, from the same team that runs BartProxies.
ISP proxies:
100% dedicated, never shared. Your IP's reputation is yours alone.

HTTP(S) and SOCKS5, with UDP for compatible applications.
Free replacements if an IP is blocked or unusable.
No subscription. Pay per IP, monthly, as low as $0.75/IP, with published prices to 10,000 IPs and instant delivery.

Support: 24/7 dedicated support at help@cleanproxies.com.
Oxylabs: what it sells, and where it falls short
ISP proxies. Oxylabs lists ISP proxies at $1.50 per IP at the entry level, falling to $1.10 per IP at 2,270+ IPs, across 25+ locations.
Where it falls short:
Sharing. The product page says these ISP proxies are "shared with up to 3 users." A Dedicated ISP product is available, but without a listed price.
Session step-down. Each IP allows 100 concurrent sessions until it reaches 50 GB in the billing cycle, then drops to 10 concurrent sessions for the rest of the cycle.
Price. Even its volume rate, $1.10 for a shared IP, is above CleanProxies' $0.75 floor for a dedicated one.
Residential. Oxylabs' residential pricing runs from $6/GB at small volumes to $2.50/GB at 1,000+ GB, with subscription plans from $30 to $2,500+ per month, and it advertises 100M+ IPs.
Where it falls short: the pricing page lists restricted target categories, including Apple domains, banking, government, streaming, ticketing and mailing sites, with KYC review for some, and says self-service purchases are non-refundable. The lowest rate, $2.50/GB, is about four times CleanProxies' floor.
Mobile. $7.50/GB at small volumes (up to 4 GB), falling to $3.50/GB at 714+ GB, with 20M+ advertised mobile IPs in 140+ countries.
Where it falls short: CleanProxies' floor of $0.79/GB is less than a quarter of Oxylabs' best mobile rate, with no subscription needed to reach it.
The platform tax. Oxylabs' scraper APIs, unblocker and datasets are real products, but if you run your own scrapers and bots, they're cost you don't need. CleanProxies gives you the clean, fast IPs and lets you keep your stack.
Switching from Oxylabs to CleanProxies
Most teams move in an afternoon, because both providers use standard proxy formats:
Map each product. Oxylabs ISP to CleanProxies ISP proxies, residential to rotating residential, mobile to mobile proxies. If you used Oxylabs ISP IPs for logins, you're also moving from shared to dedicated.
Size your first order from last month's usage. CleanProxies residential and mobile GB never expire, so you can buy a larger tier at a lower per-GB rate without a monthly plan.
Swap the gateway and credentials. Copy the new host, port and credentials from the dashboard into your scraper or bot.
Re-create targeting at country, state and city level. For logged-in work that needs one IP for days, use a dedicated ISP proxy instead of a long sticky session.
Keep your own tooling. If you were paying for scraper APIs only to get unblocked, clean dedicated carrier IPs often make that layer unnecessary for your targets.
Run both side by side for a day on the same targets, then move the rest of your traffic.
What the numbers mean in practice
| Lowest published price | CleanProxies | Oxylabs | CleanProxies saving |
|---|---|---|---|
| ISP proxies (per IP) | $0.75, dedicated | $1.10, shared with up to 3 users | 32% less, and dedicated |
| Rotating residential (per GB) | $0.63 | $2.50 | 75% less |
| Mobile (per GB) | $0.79 | $3.50 | 77% less |
The step-down is a throughput cliff. Take an Oxylabs ISP IP running 100 concurrent sessions. Once it passes 50 GB in the cycle, it drops to 10. That's a 90% cut in concurrency for the rest of the month, exactly when your job is busiest. A CleanProxies ISP proxy has no session cap and no GB threshold, so the 51st GB runs as fast as the first.
Sharing is a hidden cost. If one in three customers on a shared IP misbehaves on a site you use, you inherit the block. Replacing accounts, re-verifying logins and re-running failed jobs costs far more than the per-IP difference. A 100% dedicated, 0 fraud score IP removes that risk.
Subscriptions shape your spend. Oxylabs' per-unit rates depend on which monthly plan you're on. CleanProxies sells per IP and per GB with no plan to maintain, and residential and mobile GB never expire, so a quiet month wastes nothing.
Key stats:
Automated traffic passed human traffic. Imperva's 2025 Bad Bot Report puts bots at 51% of web traffic in 2024, and 44% of advanced bot traffic targeted APIs. Defenders fingerprint IPs and sessions, which is why exclusivity matters.
The proxy supply chain is under scrutiny. In January 2026, Google's Threat Intelligence Group disrupted the IPIDEA residential proxy network, and in a single week it observed over 550 threat groups using IPIDEA exit nodes. Clean, dedicated carrier IPs keep you out of that story.
