Best US Proxies in 2026: ISP, Residential and Mobile Compared
"US proxies" sounds like one product. It isn't. A US datacenter IP and a US ISP proxy on Comcast both exit in the United States, but one gets blocked on the first request to a protected retailer and the other sails through a checkout. The US is also the hardest market to fake: Cloudflare found that 40% of global bot traffic in 2025 came from the United States, so American sites score IPs more aggressively than almost anywhere else. If your targets are American, the network behind your IP matters far more than the flag.
We compared seven providers on their US offers: which US IP types they sell, which carriers stand behind the IPs, speed, uptime, targeting and price. Every competitor figure comes from that provider's own pages, checked in October 2026 and linked below.
TL;DR
CleanProxies is the best US proxy provider in 2026. It specializes in US ISP proxies on Tier-1 carriers: Cox, Spectrum, Frontier, Verizon, Comcast and RCN, plus AT&T and T-Mobile. 100% dedicated, 0 fraud score, unlimited bandwidth and threads, 100Gbps ports, under 20 ms average latency, 99.9% uptime, from $0.75/IP, the cheapest pricing in the market.
It covers every US IP type. 19.7 million US residential IPs with state and city targeting from $0.63/GB, and 4G/5G mobile on AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon from $0.79/GB, with data that never expires.
It's built around the US. Proxies and servers sit together in Ashburn, Virginia, so your bots run a few hops from their IPs.

Why "US proxies" isn't one product
US ISP (static residential) proxies are fixed IPs registered to American consumer carriers such as Comcast, Spectrum or Verizon, hosted in a data center. Best for logins, checkouts and anything tied to an account.
US rotating residential proxies send each request or sticky session through a different US home connection. Best for public data across many pages.
US mobile proxies exit through a US carrier's 4G/5G network. Best for mobile-first platforms and the strictest targets.
US datacenter proxies are IPs owned by hosting companies: fine for targets that don't filter, and the first blocked by targets that do.
The trust signal sites check first is the ASN, the network that announces the IP. A named US consumer carrier tells the site "real American household." A hosting company tells it "probably a bot." That's why CleanProxies leads with US ISP proxies on Tier-1 carriers, and why it skips datacenter IPs entirely. For more, read ISP vs Residential vs Datacenter Proxies.

2. Bright Data
Bright Data's residential pricing includes country, state, city, ZIP and ASN targeting across a 400M+ IP pool, at $8/GB pay-as-you-go down to $5/GB on a $1,999/month plan (a 50%-off code was shown when we checked).
Where it falls short: residential and mobile use require KYC, its ISP proxies carry a 100 GB per IP monthly fair-use allowance, and its best list rates need monthly commitments. See CleanProxies vs Bright Data.
3. Decodo
Decodo's residential plans run from $3.75/GB (3 GB) to $2.00/GB (1,000 GB) plus VAT, with targeting down to ZIP and ASN. Dedicated ISP IPs start at $3.33 each and fall to $2.00 at 2,000 IPs.
Where it falls short: sticky sessions top out at 30 minutes, residential is sold as monthly subscriptions, and prices exclude VAT. See CleanProxies vs Decodo.
4. SOAX
SOAX puts the US in its Tier 1, where residential and mobile cost the same: $5.00/GB on the free Sandbox plan, $3.00 on Builder ($200/month), $2.20 on Team ($500), $1.50 on Scale ($1,500) and from $0.85 on Enterprise ($3,000).
Where it falls short: no static ISP proxies on its pricing page, credits on monthly plans expire after 60 days, and the best rate needs a $3,000 plan. See CleanProxies vs SOAX.
5. Webshare
Webshare's residential page lists 6,652,539 US residential IPs, ZIP and ASN targeting, and monthly plans from $3.50/GB (1 GB) to $1.40/GB (3,000 GB).
Where it falls short: its US residential pool is about a third the size of CleanProxies' 19.7 million, static plans start with a 250 GB bandwidth allowance, and mobile isn't on its pricing page. See CleanProxies vs Webshare.
6. Rayobyte
Rayobyte's residential page lists $3.50/GB for 1–49 GB down to $0.70/GB for 1,000–4,999 GB, with ZIP and ASN targeting. Its static ISP proxies cost $5.00 per IP for 5–99 IPs, falling to $4.60 at 1,000–4,999.
Where it falls short: the most expensive US ISP IPs in this roundup, more than six times CleanProxies' floor, and no mobile product listed.
7. HypeProxies
HypeProxies sells US ISP proxies in Ashburn, VA or Dallas, TX in fixed bundles: 50 IPs for $65/month, 100 for $125 and a 254-IP subnet for $300.
Where it falls short: a 10 Gbps network against CleanProxies' 100Gbps, fixed bundle sizes, and no residential or mobile on its pricing page. See CleanProxies vs HypeProxies.
Why carrier diversity matters for US work
Not every US target treats every carrier the same. A ticketing queue might see most of its real fans on Comcast and Spectrum home broadband; a retailer's shoppers might skew toward Verizon and AT&T; regional sites see local carriers like Cox, Frontier and RCN in their own footprints. A US ISP pool spread across eight Tier-1 carriers lets you match the traffic your target expects instead of sending every request from one network. That's one more reason CleanProxies leads with named carriers rather than a generic "US residential ISP" label.
What the numbers mean in practice
These examples use CleanProxies' published volume prices; the workloads are illustrative.
| US scenario | What you'd buy | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| A large account or sneaker operation | 10,000 dedicated US ISP proxies | $7,500/month ($0.75/IP) |
| Tracking prices across US retailers | 10,000 GB residential, state targeting | $6,300, never expires |
| Mobile-first social work at scale | 10,000 GB US mobile | $7,900, never expires |
| A full range for whitelisting | 1,020-IP /24 subnet | $1,213.80/month |
| A server next to it all | VPS or bare metal in Virginia | From $24 or $125/month |
Key stats about US traffic:
The US is where bots come from. Cloudflare's 2025 Year in Review found 40% of global bot traffic came from the United States, and AWS and Google Cloud originated a quarter of it. US sites watch hosting ranges closely.
US e-commerce keeps growing. E-commerce reached 17.1% of total US retail sales in Q2 2026, according to Census Bureau data on FRED. More online sales means more price, stock and ad monitoring.
Defences are tightening. Bad bots made up 40% of internet traffic in 2025, up 3 points in a year, per the Thales 2026 Bad Bot Report.

What to test before you commit
Confirm the carrier and state of a sample with our free proxy checker. For US ISP, it should be a named consumer carrier.
Match the IP to the account's history. An account created in Texas that suddenly logs in from Oregon looks odd. Pick a state and keep it.
Line up the browser with the IP. Timezone, language and locale should say "US" too.
Use state or city targeting for anything local, such as Google Search and Walmart.
Keep servers close. A VPS in Virginia next to your proxies cuts round-trip time to US East Coast targets.
Start with the $4.99 trial. The CleanProxies trial gives you 5 US ISP proxies for 1 hour, or 100 MB of residential or mobile data.
