Best Mobile Proxies in 2026: 7 Providers Compared by Price per GB
Mobile proxies are the heavy artillery of the proxy world. When a social app, ad platform or strict e-commerce site keeps challenging residential and datacenter IPs, a real 4G/5G carrier IP usually gets through. The catch has always been cost: mobile traffic is billed per GB, and many providers charge $5 to $7.50 for each one, sometimes with data that disappears at the end of the month. Pick the wrong provider and a mobile proxy budget burns fast.
We compared seven mobile proxy providers on what decides value: price per GB, carriers and pool size, coverage, session control, data expiry and trial terms. Every competitor figure comes from that provider's own pages, checked in October 2026 and linked below.
TL;DR
CleanProxies has the best mobile proxies in 2026. Real 4G/5G IPs on US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, 10M+ IPs in 190+ countries, state and city targeting, under 0.6 s response time, and rotating or sticky sessions chosen per request.
It's also the cheapest: as low as $0.79/GB, the cheapest pricing in the market, with no subscription, and the GB never expire.
One account covers the rest. CleanProxies specializes in US ISP proxies on Tier-1 carriers (Cox, Spectrum, Frontier, Verizon, Comcast, RCN, AT&T and T-Mobile), so you can pair mobile with static IPs from $0.75/IP and residential from $0.63/GB.

Why mobile proxies work, and what they cost
A mobile proxy sends your traffic out through a phone carrier's network, so websites see an IP owned by AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon or another carrier. Carriers put many subscribers behind each public IP using carrier-grade NAT (CGNAT). A study presented at ACM IMC found CGN use "over 92%" in cellular networks (Richter et al., 2016). Blocking one mobile IP can lock out hundreds of real customers, so most sites won't do it. That's why mobile IPs get through where other proxies get challenged.
That scarcity is why mobile usually costs more per GB than residential. It's also why the price gap between providers matters so much: at 10,000 GB, the difference between $0.79 and $3.50 per GB is $27,100. For the full background, read Mobile Proxies Explained.

Add rotating residential as low as $0.63/GB for wide scraping, and one balance covers every IP type.

2. Decodo
Decodo's mobile pricing page lists monthly plans from $3.75/GB (2 GB) to $2.25/GB (500 GB), with pay-as-you-go also available. Each tier was shown with a "SAVE 50%" promotion when we checked. It advertises 10M+ mobile IPs from 700+ carriers across 160+ locations, and a 14-day money-back option.
Where it falls short: even at the promotional price, Decodo's lowest rate is nearly three times CleanProxies' floor, on monthly plans rather than non-expiring data. Prices exclude VAT. See CleanProxies vs Decodo.
3. SOAX
SOAX's pricing uses plan credits and charges the same per-GB rate for residential and mobile. US traffic costs $5.00/GB on the Sandbox plan, $3.00 on Builder ($200/month), $2.20 on Team ($500), $1.50 on Scale ($1,500) and from $0.85 on Enterprise ($3,000/month). Its mobile page lists 3G/4G/5G and targeting by ISP or ASN.
Where it falls short: you need a $3,000-a-month plan to reach its lowest US rate, and even that is above CleanProxies' $0.79. Credits on monthly plans expire after 60 days, there's no free trial, and SOAX says payments are generally non-refundable. See CleanProxies vs SOAX.
4. Byteful
Byteful's mobile proxies cost $4.25/GB at 10 GB, $3.85 at 25 GB and $3.45 at 100 GB, with custom pricing beyond. It advertises 6M+ IPs across 3G/4G/5G in 195+ countries and non-expiring data.
Where it falls short: a smaller pool than CleanProxies (6M+ vs 10M+), published pricing that stops at 100 GB, and a lowest listed rate more than four times CleanProxies' floor. See CleanProxies vs Byteful.
5. Oxylabs
Oxylabs' mobile proxies run from $7.50/GB at small volumes to $3.50/GB at 714+ GB. It advertises 20M+ mobile IPs in 140+ countries, with carrier targeting.
Where it falls short: the entry rate is the highest in this roundup, and the volume rate is still more than four times CleanProxies' floor. Coverage is 140+ countries against CleanProxies' 190+. See CleanProxies vs Oxylabs.
6. IPRoyal
IPRoyal's mobile pricing offers per-GB plans from $6.80 (2 GB) to $5.20/GB (100 GB), and time-based plans from $10.11 per day or $130 per 30 days.
Where it falls short: the lowest per-GB rate, $5.20, is more than six times CleanProxies' $0.79, on a 4.5M+ pool. See CleanProxies vs IPRoyal.
7. Bright Data
Bright Data's mobile proxy page advertises 7M+ mobile IPs within a 400M+ IP network in 195 countries.
Where it falls short: per-GB tables on the page aren't clearly labelled for mobile, and a KYC compliance check is required before you can use mobile IPs. See CleanProxies vs Bright Data.
What the numbers mean in practice
| Monthly mobile traffic | CleanProxies (floor) | At $2.25/GB | At $3.50/GB | At $5.20/GB |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10,000 GB | $7,900 | $22,500 | $35,000 | $52,000 |
CleanProxies is priced at its published 10,000 GB tier; the other columns apply the lowest listed competitor rates above to the same volume. Volumes like this are where per-GB rates decide the budget.
Expiry is a hidden multiplier. If you buy 100 GB on a monthly plan and use 60, you've paid for 40 GB of nothing. CleanProxies mobile GB never expire, so every GB you buy gets used.
Sticky per request beats separate plans. Some providers sell rotating and sticky as different products. With CleanProxies you choose per request, so one balance covers a crawl and a login.
Key stats on mobile traffic:
43% of web requests came from mobile devices in 2025, up from 41% in 2024, according to Cloudflare's 2025 Year in Review. Carrier IPs are a normal, high-volume source of traffic.
Bots are already the majority. Imperva's 2025 Bad Bot Report found automated traffic was 51% of web traffic in 2024. Detection keeps getting stricter, pushing more workloads onto high-trust carrier IPs.
Which one should you pick?
Pick CleanProxies. It's the cheapest mobile proxy in this roundup, with the most flexible sessions, data that never expires, and a US ISP product in the same account.
Social apps built mobile-first: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Reddit.
Multi-accounting, where each profile needs a believable phone-network identity.
Ad verification of mobile campaigns, to see what a real carrier user sees.
App store and mobile-web QA from specific carriers and regions.
For long sessions on one IP, pair mobile with a dedicated US ISP proxy as low as $0.75/IP with unlimited bandwidth. For high-volume scraping of ordinary sites, rotating residential as low as $0.63/GB is the most economical.
Mobile, residential or ISP: which IP for which job?
| Job | Best CleanProxies product | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Social apps used on phones | Mobile 4G/5G | Carrier IPs shared by real users are the hardest to block |
| Mobile ad verification | Mobile 4G/5G | See exactly what a carrier user sees |
| Wide scraping of ordinary sites | Rotating residential | 50M+ IPs, as low as $0.63/GB |
| Logins, checkouts, seller accounts | US ISP proxies | One dedicated Tier-1 carrier IP for the account's life, unlimited bandwidth |
| Heavy, repeat fetches of the same URLs | US ISP proxies | Flat per-IP price, no GB meter |
What to test before you commit
Pick two or three real targets, including the strictest one you plan to work on.
Check the IP first. Run a few addresses through the proxy checker and confirm the carrier name, country and city.
Measure success rate, not just speed. Send a fixed number of requests per target and count clean responses.
Test both modes. Rotate per request for crawling, then hold a sticky session through a full login.
Track data per action, so you can size your plan. Blocking images and video in browser automation cuts mobile data use sharply.
Start with the $4.99 trial. The CleanProxies trial includes 100 MB of mobile data on real 4G/5G carrier IPs. When the numbers look right, scale up as low as $0.79/GB, and any data you don't use stays on your account.
