CleanProxies vs HypeProxies: ISP Proxies, VPS and Bare Metal Compared (2026)
If you're shopping for US ISP proxies in 2026, HypeProxies and CleanProxies will both be on your shortlist. They look alike on paper: both sell US ISP proxies out of Ashburn, Virginia, both sell VPS and bare-metal servers next to them, and both pitch themselves to checkout, account and scraping teams. So the decision comes down to details: how fast the network really is, which carriers stand behind the IPs, whether you're locked into fixed bundles, and what it all costs once you scale.
We compared the two on those details, using HypeProxies' own home page, pricing page and refund policy, checked in October 2026, and CleanProxies' published pricing.
TL;DR
CleanProxies wins on speed. 100Gbps ports with under 20 ms average latency and 99.9% uptime, against a 10 Gbps network at HypeProxies. Same Ashburn location, ten times the port capacity.
CleanProxies wins on price and flexibility. The cheapest pricing in the market, as low as $0.75/IP, against a lowest listed $1.18/IP. Buy any quantity up to 10,000 IPs at published prices instead of 50, 100 or 254-IP bundles.
CleanProxies wins on coverage. Named Tier-1 US carriers (Cox, Spectrum, Frontier, Verizon, Comcast, RCN, AT&T and T-Mobile), plus rotating residential and real 4G/5G mobile in the same account, neither of which is on HypeProxies' pricing page.

What ISP proxies are, and why carrier IPs matter
An ISP proxy is a static IPv4 address that's registered to a consumer internet provider but hosted on server hardware. Sites look up the IP's ASN, see a home-broadband carrier like Spectrum or Verizon instead of a cloud host, and give it the trust they'd give a real customer. Because it lives on a server, it's fast and never changes, which is why ISP proxies are the default for checkouts, account management and long scraping sessions.
When two providers sit in the same data-center market, what separates them is the IP behind the proxy and the pipe in front of it. Named Tier-1 carriers, a clean history (ideally a 0 fraud score), dedicated use and a fat network port are what turn a "US ISP proxy" into one that wins drops and keeps accounts healthy.
CleanProxies: the US ISP proxy specialist
CleanProxies sells what it calls the cleanest ISP proxies on the internet, and its core product is US ISP. Every ISP proxy is a real USA IP on a Tier-1 carrier ASN: Cox, Spectrum, Frontier, Verizon, Comcast and RCN, plus AT&T and T-Mobile. It runs from Ashburn, Virginia, on 100Gbps ports, with under 20 ms average latency and 99.9% uptime, and it's built by the same team that runs BartProxies.
ISP proxies:
0 fraud score IPs, screened before delivery.
100% dedicated, never shared.
Unlimited bandwidth and threads, with no data caps or overage charges.
HTTP(S) and SOCKS5, with UDP for compatible applications.
Free IP replacements if an address is blocked or unusable.
Any quantity, published up to 10,000 IPs, as low as $0.75/IP, delivered instantly.
ISP subnets: whole /24 blocks of 255, 510 or 1,020 dedicated IPs, from $1.19/IP. See our guide to /24 subnets.
Rotating residential and mobile: rotating residential with 50M+ IPs in 190+ countries, city and state targeting and sticky sessions up to 90 minutes, as low as $0.63/GB; and mobile proxies on 10M+ real 4G/5G carrier IPs, as low as $0.79/GB. Data on both never expires.
Servers: VPS from $24/month on AMD EPYC with NVMe and up to 100 Gbps speeds, and bare metal from $125/month with 100G ports and unlimited bandwidth, all in the same Virginia data center as the proxies.
Support: 24/7 dedicated support at help@cleanproxies.com.
HypeProxies: what it sells, and where it falls short
HypeProxies sells US ISP proxies from Ashburn, VA and Dallas, TX, in three standard plans: Pro (50 IPs, $65/month), Business (100 IPs, $125/month) and Enterprise (a 254-IP /24 subnet, $300/month), with a 10% discount for quarterly payment and custom pricing above 254 IPs. It also sells a separate Ticket ISP line (50 IPs for $75, 100 for $135, 254 for $350), plus VPS and bare-metal servers.
Where it falls short:
Network capacity. HypeProxies describes a 10 Gbps network. CleanProxies runs 100Gbps ports in the same market.
Fixed bundles. You buy 50, 100 or 254 IPs. Need 70? You pay for 100. Need 600? You wait for a custom quote.
Price. The lowest listed ISP price, $1.18/IP, is well above CleanProxies' $0.75 floor, and the ticketing line costs more again.
Carrier stock. AT&T and Verizon carrier plans were out of stock when we checked.
No rotating residential or mobile on its pricing page, so mixed workloads need a second provider.
Bandwidth is "unlimited" subject to its Acceptable Use Policy, and the refund policy allows requests within 3 days for eligible reasons only.
Bare metal bills quarterly. Its 28-core server is $400 per quarter, paid up front.
Ticketing and sneakers without a premium
HypeProxies splits ticketing into its own, pricier ISP line. CleanProxies doesn't: its standard US ISP proxies are the ones customers run on Ticketmaster, StubHub and Nike, and they already have what ticket and sneaker sites check for. That means a named Tier-1 carrier ASN, a 0 fraud score on delivery, a dedicated IP nobody else touches, and a 100Gbps path with under 20 ms average latency to the queue. You get the same IP quality at the same price, as low as $0.75/IP, whichever site you point it at.
VPS and bare metal side by side
Both providers put servers next to their proxies, which is the right call: your bot should run a few hops from its IPs. The differences are in billing and network.
| CleanProxies | HypeProxies | |
|---|---|---|
| VPS | From $24/month: AMD EPYC, NVMe, up to 100 Gbps speeds | Listed on its pricing page |
| Bare metal | Core: dual E5, 24 cores/48 threads, 64 GB RAM, $125/month. Ultra: 28 cores/56 threads, 1 TB NVMe, $160/month | Dual E5-2680v4, 28 cores/56 threads, 64 GB RAM, 960 GB NVMe, $400 per quarter |
| Billing | Monthly (30-day cycle) | Quarterly for bare metal |
| Ports | 100G ports, unlimited bandwidth | Not stated for bare metal |
| Location | Same Virginia data center as the proxies | Same area as its proxies |
CleanProxies VPS scales up to 24 vCPUs and 48 GB of RAM, and bare metal gives you full root access on fully dedicated hardware with no noisy neighbours.
What the numbers mean in practice
Port speed is concurrency. On a 100Gbps port, hundreds of threads across a subnet run without queuing. On a 10 Gbps network, the same load saturates ten times sooner. If you run drops, monitors or headless browsers at scale, that headroom is the difference between a clean run and timeouts.
Bundles cost you the gap. Fixed plans mean you pay for the next bundle size, not the number of IPs you need, and anything past 254 IPs goes to a custom quote. At CleanProxies you buy exactly the quantity you need at published pricing, and the unit price keeps falling as you grow, down to $0.75/IP at 10,000 IPs.
One balance beats two vendors. If your workflow mixes static logins with rotating scraping, or needs carrier mobile IPs for TikTok or Instagram, CleanProxies covers it in one account. With HypeProxies you'd add a second provider for residential and mobile.
Monthly beats quarterly on servers. CleanProxies bare metal starts at $125/month, billed monthly on a 30-day cycle. You're never committed for more than one cycle.
Key stats:
Travel and ticketing are prime bot targets. Imperva's 2025 Bad Bot Report found travel was the most attacked industry in 2024, with 27% of all bad bot attacks, and 48% of traffic to travel sites came from bad bots. Those sites score IPs harder, which is why clean carrier ranges matter for ticket and booking work.
A /24 is a real asset. IPv4 /24 blocks trade at roughly $6,400–$9,000 each in 2026 ($25–35 per IP), according to IPv4.Center. Renting one as a dedicated subnet, from $1.19/IP at CleanProxies, costs a small share of that.

What to test before you commit
Check the carrier and ASN with our free proxy checker. You want a named US consumer carrier.
Load-test at your real concurrency. Run your actual thread count against your actual target and watch for timeouts. That's where port capacity shows.
Measure latency from your server, ideally a VPS in the same data center.
Price your exact quantity, not the nearest bundle.
Read the bandwidth and refund terms before you pay for a quarter.
Start with the $4.99 trial. The CleanProxies trial gives you 5 US ISP proxies for 1 hour. Both providers use HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 with username and password, so switching is a credentials swap; our proxy list formatter converts lists between formats.
