Best TikTok Proxies in 2026: Mobile vs ISP, 4 Providers Priced

Team CleanProxies
21 Min Read

Updated 4 November 2026: mobile prices were read from each provider's public pricing page on this date, with screenshots.

The best TikTok proxies in 2026 are real 4G/5G mobile proxies with sticky sessions, because TikTok is a phone app and a carrier IP is the most ordinary connection it sees. For desktop work in TikTok Ads Manager, TikTok Shop Seller Center or a profile browser, a dedicated static ISP proxy is the steady second choice. CleanProxies ranks #1 for both: our TikTok proxies run on mobile proxies as low as $0.79/GB with data that never expires, and our 100% dedicated US ISP proxies start as low as $0.75/IP with unlimited bandwidth. That is the cheapest pricing in the market, and a $4.99 trial lets you test before you buy. See every plan on our proxy pricing page.

This guide is for marketers, agencies, brands, TikTok Shop sellers and researchers who need to see TikTok the way people in another market see it, or who manage accounts they own or are authorised to run and want each one on a stable, consistent connection. On 4 November 2026 we opened the public mobile proxy pricing pages of four other providers, priced the same workloads on each and captured the screenshots below. We also read TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, because a proxy helps a legitimate team work across markets; it never makes fake engagement, spam accounts or scraping acceptable.

TL;DR

  • Mobile proxies are the best fit for TikTok. The app is built for phones, and a sticky mobile session keeps one carrier IP for as long as you choose (5 minutes up to 24 hours with us).

  • Static ISP proxies cover desktop work. Ads Manager, Seller Center and profile browsers run happily on one dedicated home-broadband IP that stays the same for the whole month.

  • The IP is only part of TikTok's region. The app also reads the device's language and region settings and, on phones, the SIM. Match those to the proxy country or the "local" view won't be local.

  • CleanProxies is the best TikTok proxy provider. Mobile in 150+ countries as low as $0.79/GB (at 10,000 GB), GB that never expire, rotating or sticky; dedicated US ISP IPs as low as $0.75/IP (at 10,000 IPs) with unlimited bandwidth and threads, HTTP(S), SOCKS5 or IP whitelist, delivered in seconds.

  • It is the cheapest at every volume we priced. 50 GB of mobile data costs $99.50 with us, once; 100 GB costs $179 and 500 GB $725. The same 100 GB is $275 plus VAT a month at Decodo's promo rate, $500 on an Oxylabs plan and $520 at IPRoyal; 500 GB is $1,125 plus VAT a month at Decodo.

What TikTok looks at, and why the proxy type matters

TikTok passed a billion monthly users years ago (see Key stats below), and it is built for phones. Three things follow for anyone who works with TikTok across markets:

  1. The feed is regional. Trends, sounds, creators and ads in the For You feed differ by country. To see what a US, UK or Brazilian audience sees, your traffic has to come from that country.

  2. Region is not only the IP. TikTok also uses the app's language and region settings, device location where you allow it and, on phones, signals from the SIM. A US proxy on a phone with a Spanish SIM and Spanish settings gives a mixed picture. Our TikTok proxies page covers this: match device language and time zone to the proxy country.

  3. New accounts and sudden changes stand out. An account that is created and immediately moved between networks and countries looks unusual. Keep each account on one location and one connection type, and use it like a person would.

Which proxy type fits which TikTok job

Carrier networks put many real phones behind shared public IPs, which is normal on 4G and 5G, so a mobile IP is the least unusual address a phone app can show. Mobile is billed per GB, and TikTok is video, so budget for data: scrolling a feed uses far more than reading text. A dedicated ISP IP has no data meter at all, which is why desktop teams that keep Ads Manager open all day often pick ISP. Background reading: mobile vs residential proxies and rotating vs sticky sessions.

What TikTok's rules say

We read TikTok's US Terms of Service and its Integrity and Authenticity guidelines on 4 November 2026:

  • Several accounts are allowed, for honest reasons. The guidelines say you can have multiple accounts "for fan content or creative expression", but "not to deceive others or break the rules."

  • No fake engagement or spam accounts. TikTok removes "fake likes, followers, or other inflated signals", bans "the trade of services that artificially boost engagement", and the Terms forbid "operating spam or impersonation accounts".

  • No scraping or bots without permission. The Terms forbid extracting data "using any automated system or software", including bots, "except as approved in writing". For data, TikTok offers research and commercial content APIs to eligible organisations.

  • No account sharing or ban evasion. You may not give others access to your account or transfer it without permission, and you may not "create or use another account" to get around a restriction or ban.

  • Proxies are not mentioned. The Terms regulate how accounts behave, not which network you connect from.

So the legitimate use of a TikTok proxy is clear: see each market from a local connection (with matching device settings), and give each real, authorised account one steady location and connection. Use TikTok's own tools (Business Center access, Ads Manager roles, Seller Center sub-accounts) to share access with a team instead of passing passwords around. CleanProxies customers must follow our Terms of Service, TikTok's Terms and the law; this article is general guidance, not legal advice.

How we compared

On 4 November 2026 we opened each provider's public mobile proxy pricing page without logging in, read the per-GB prices, plan sizes, billing terms (monthly subscription, pay-as-you-go or one-time) and trial terms, and captured the screenshots in this article that day. We then priced three TikTok workloads:

  • 50 GB of mobile data: a brand or creator team checking local feeds and managing a few accounts for a month.

  • 100 GB of mobile data: an agency running TikTok work for several clients and markets.

  • 500 GB of mobile data: a large social or research team working across many countries (a volume where most providers move you to sales or enterprise plans).

What we did not do: we did not buy competitor plans, log in to any dashboard, sign in to TikTok through any proxy or benchmark anyone's network. There are no speed, "ban rate" or success-rate figures here, because we didn't measure any. CleanProxies network figures (100Gbps ports, under 20 ms latency on ISP, 99.9% uptime) are our published specs; delivery times (about 3 to 5 seconds for mobile across 2 live orders, and 6 to 19 seconds for ISP across 15 live orders, from payment to working proxies) come from our own records. We did not run a TikTok session test for this article.

Every figure above is a listed plan or package price on 4 November 2026; nothing is extrapolated. Decodo's rates were a 50% promotion that day. Above 500 GB, CleanProxies lists 1,000 GB at $1,290 ($1.29/GB) and 10,000 GB at $0.79/GB; the others move to sales or enterprise plans. The workloads are illustrative sizes, not measured customer usage.

1. CleanProxies: the best TikTok proxies, at the cheapest price in the market

CleanProxies mainly specializes in US ISP proxies on real carrier ASNs and pairs them with real 4G/5G mobile proxies, which covers both sensible TikTok setups: mobile for app-style work and local feed checks, dedicated ISP for desktop work. The network runs on 100Gbps ports with 99.9% uptime, and real people who know proxies answer support 24/7.

Our TikTok page recommends mobile proxies first, from $0.79/GB, and explains how TikTok localises the feed. Screenshot: cleanproxies.com/proxies-for/tiktok, 4 November 2026.

Mobile proxies for TikTok:

  • Real 4G/5G carrier IPs in 150+ countries, with US mobile carrier IPs in the pool. You target the country (and an ASN where the country has a list). State and city targeting are not offered on mobile, and US wireless carriers can't be picked by name.

  • Rotating or sticky. Rotate on every request, or hold one IP for 5, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes or 24 hours, so a working session stays on one address.

  • Data never expires. Mobile GB are bought once and topped up when needed, with no monthly reset.

  • HTTP(S) with username:password through one gateway, and up to 1,000 proxy lines per generate call in the dashboard.

  • Instant delivery: our live mobile orders were active 3 to 5 seconds after payment.

The mobile configurator: 1,000 GB costs $1,290 ($1.29/GB) once, and 10,000 GB is $0.79/GB. Screenshot: cleanproxies.com/products/mobile-proxies, 3 November 2026; prices unchanged on 4 November.

Mobile pricing: $1.99/GB at 50 GB, $1.79 at 100 GB ($179), $1.59 at 250, $1.45 at 500, $1.29 at 1,000 ($1,290), $1.09 at 2,500, $0.95 at 5,000 and as low as $0.79/GB at 10,000, paid once.

Static ISP proxies for desktop TikTok work:

  • 100% dedicated, never shared. Nobody else's traffic lands on the IP your Ads Manager or Seller Center login uses.

  • Real carrier ASNs: US home internet providers (Frontier, AT&T, Comcast, Cox, RCN and fixed-line T-Mobile ranges), chosen at checkout. Super clean ranges with a 0 fraud score.

  • Unlimited bandwidth and threads, under 20 ms latency, the same IP all month.

  • HTTP(S), SOCKS5 or IP whitelisting (1 to 20 IPv4 addresses), switched in the dashboard, so they drop into AdsPower, Multilogin, GoLogin or Firefox.

The ISP configurator: 1,000 dedicated IPs cost $0.99 each, and 10,000 IPs $0.75 each. Screenshot: cleanproxies.com/products/isp-proxies, 31 October 2026; prices unchanged on 4 November.

ISP pricing: $1.49/IP at 100 IPs, $1.29 at 250, $1.15 at 500, $0.99 at 1,000 and as low as $0.75/IP at 10,000 (AT&T IPs have their own price ladder). Pay by card (Apple Pay and Google Pay included) or crypto.

Why it ranks #1:

  • The lowest mobile price per GB at every volume we priced, and GB that never expire

  • Mobile for the app and dedicated ISP for desktop from one account and one balance

  • Dedicated ISP IPs under $1 from 1,000 IPs with no bandwidth cap, so video-heavy desktop work costs nothing extra

Good to know:

  • Mobile is targeted by country (150+) and, where listed, ASN, not by state or city, and connects with username:password over HTTP(S). For city-level checks of public TikTok content, use our rotating residential proxies (190+ countries, city targeting, from $0.63/GB).

  • ISP proxies are sold by country and carrier, not by state or city.

  • Purchases are final and IPs aren't replaced, so use the $4.99 trial (100 MB of mobile data, or 5 ISP IPs for 1 hour) to test in your own setup first.

2. Oxylabs

Oxylabs sells mobile proxies through one subscription that covers all its proxy products. The mobile row reads $7.5/GB up to 0.7 GB (welcome credit), $7.5/GB up to 4 GB (Starter, $30/mo), $6.67/GB up to 14 GB (Basic, $100/mo), $5/GB up to 100 GB (Flexible, $500/mo) and $3.5/GB from 714 GB on enterprise plans from $2,500 a month. The page lists 20M+ mobile IPs in 140+ countries with carrier targeting.

Oxylabs ties each mobile rate to a subscription tier; $3.5/GB starts at 714 GB on enterprise plans. Screenshot: oxylabs.io/products/mobile-proxies, 4 November 2026.

Where it falls short for TikTok teams: 50 GB and 100 GB both land on the $500 Flexible plan, almost three times CleanProxies' $179 for 100 GB, and the $3.5/GB rate needs an enterprise plan from $2,500 a month. VAT may apply on top. See CleanProxies vs Oxylabs.

Pros:

  • Carrier and location targeting listed

  • Static 24-hour sessions

  • $5 welcome credit

Cons:

  • $5/GB on a $500 monthly plan for 100 GB

  • Best rate locked to enterprise plans from $2,500/month

  • VAT may apply

Pricing checked on 4 November 2026: oxylabs.io/products/mobile-proxies.

3. Decodo

Decodo (formerly Smartproxy) shows mobile plans at 50% off: 2 GB at $3.75/GB, 8 GB at $3.5, 25 GB at $3.25, 50 GB at $3 ($150), 100 GB at $2.75 ($275), 250 GB at $2.50 ($625) and 500 GB at $2.25 ($1,125), each plus VAT and billed monthly, plus pay-as-you-go at $4/GB. Above that, Decodo says to contact sales.

Decodo's mobile plan cards, billed monthly plus VAT at a 50% promo price; 250 GB and 500 GB cards sit further down the page. Screenshot: decodo.com/proxies/mobile/pricing, 4 November 2026.

Where it falls short for TikTok teams: 100 GB is $275 plus VAT every month, against $179 once at CleanProxies, and that is a promotion off a $5.50 list price. Its best card, 500 GB at $2.25/GB ($1,125 plus VAT a month), compares with $725 once for 500 GB with us ($1.45/GB). See CleanProxies vs Decodo.

Pros:

  • Regular plans from 2 GB

  • Pay-as-you-go option

  • Free trial button on each plan

Cons:

  • $2.75/GB at 100 GB plus VAT, at a 50% promo

  • Monthly billing; unused plan data doesn't build a balance

  • Above 500 GB means a sales conversation

Pricing checked on 4 November 2026: decodo.com/proxies/mobile/pricing.

4. IPRoyal

IPRoyal's mobile pricing has a Rotating Proxies tab with four packages, 2 GB at $6.80/GB, 10 GB at $6.00, 50 GB at $5.60 and 100 GB at $5.20, and a separate Dedicated Proxies tab where one dedicated mobile line costs from $10.11 a day or from $130 for 30 days.

IPRoyal's rotating mobile packages run from $6.80 to $5.20 per GB, with nothing listed above 100 GB. Screenshot: iproyal.com/pricing/mobile-proxies, 4 November 2026.

Where it falls short for TikTok teams: 100 GB costs $520, nearly three times our $179 for the same 100 GB, and anything above 100 GB needs a custom plan. The dedicated lines avoid the GB meter, but each one is a single connection from $130 a month, so ten accounts on their own lines start at about $1,300 a month. For unmetered desktop work, our dedicated ISP IPs cost $1.49 each a month at 100 IPs. See CleanProxies vs IPRoyal or our IPRoyal alternative page.

Pros:

  • Rotating and dedicated mobile options

  • Simple GB packages

  • Dedicated lines by the day or month

Cons:

  • $5.20/GB at its largest listed package

  • No listed GB packages above 100 GB

  • Dedicated mobile lines from $130 a month each

Pricing checked on 4 November 2026: iproyal.com/pricing/mobile-proxies.

Why Bright Data has no mobile row

Bright Data does sell mobile proxies, but on 4 November 2026 its mobile pricing link opened the shared "Proxy Networks Pricing" page with the residential tab selected, and the cards there (from $4.00/GB pay-as-you-go to $2.50/GB on a $1,999 monthly plan, at a 50% coupon) are residential prices. We could not find a separate public mobile price, so we left Bright Data out of the mobile scorecard instead of guessing. Even its residential pay-as-you-go rate is more than twice our $1.79/GB mobile price at 100 GB. See CleanProxies vs Bright Data.

What the numbers mean for a TikTok team

  • A brand or creator team (50 GB): $99.50 once at CleanProxies. The same 50 GB is $150 plus VAT a month at Decodo's promo rate, $280 at IPRoyal and a $500 plan at Oxylabs.

  • An agency (100 GB a month for a year, assuming today's rates stay the same): $2,148 with us, against $3,300 plus VAT at Decodo, $6,000 at Oxylabs and $6,240 at IPRoyal.

  • A large team (500 GB): $725 once with us, against $1,125 plus VAT a month at Decodo; Oxylabs and IPRoyal have no listed 500 GB price.

  • Video adds up. TikTok is a video feed, so data use grows quickly when you scroll. That makes per-GB price and non-expiring data matter more here than for text-heavy sites. Where you mainly work in a desktop browser, a dedicated ISP IP ($1.49 a month at 100 IPs, down to $0.75 at 10,000) with unlimited bandwidth removes the meter completely.

Which TikTok proxy should you pick?

CleanProxies, at every volume we priced. Pick the product by the job:

  • Local feed checks and app-style account work: our mobile proxies. Give each account its own named sticky session (the IP is held for the session time you pick, not assigned to you permanently) (60 minutes for a working block, 24 hours for a full day) in the country the account belongs to.

  • Ads Manager, Seller Center and profile-browser work on US accounts: our dedicated ISP proxies, one IP per account, the same address for the whole monthly term.

  • Logged-out research of public creators, hashtags and ads in many countries or cities: our rotating residential proxies from $0.63/GB, with city targeting in 190+ countries.

Many teams combine two: ISP IPs for the desktop logins they use every day, and mobile GB for phone-style work and accounts in other countries, all in one CleanProxies dashboard. Running other networks too? See best Instagram proxies, best proxies for social media management and best proxies for antidetect browsers.

How to set up a TikTok proxy, step by step

  1. Map accounts and markets to connections. In a sheet, give each account one proxy: a dedicated ISP IP or a named mobile sticky session, in the account's home country. Never stack many accounts on one IP.

  2. Give every account its own profile or device. A profile browser such as AdsPower or Multilogin stores one proxy per profile; Firefox has its own proxy settings. A normal Chrome profile uses the computer's system proxy, so it can't hold a different proxy per profile on its own. On a phone, the Wi-Fi HTTP proxy setting is a system setting that apps may or may not follow, and it applies to the whole device, so use one device per account and confirm the exit IP the app actually uses (step 4). Enter the host, port, username and password from your CleanProxies dashboard (ISP can also use SOCKS5 or IP whitelisting).

  3. Match the device to the proxy. Set language, region and time zone to the proxy's country. On phones, remember the SIM: a proxy can't change what the SIM reports.

  4. Check the IP before the first login. Run it through the proxy checker, confirm the owner and ASN with the IP lookup, and make sure the browser shows only the proxy IP with the WebRTC leak test. On a phone, a browser check only proves the browser's route: if the app's content or region doesn't match, the app is not using the proxy, so fall back to a desktop profile browser for that account.

  5. Sign in normally and secure the account. Turn on two-step verification, and let the account owner complete any login check.

  6. Stay consistent. Don't move an account between countries or swap its IP without a reason. Choose a sticky time longer than your working block; when it ends the gateway can hand out a new carrier IP, so check the IP again before the next block.

  7. Keep activity human and inside the rules. Post and reply at a person's pace, never buy engagement, and use TikTok's research or commercial content APIs if you need data at scale.

What a carrier-registered IP looks like: owner Comcast, ASN AS7922, United States. Run your proxy IPs through the same tool before an account's first login. Screenshot: cleanproxies.com/tools/ip-lookup, 2 November 2026.

Key stats

  • "More than 1 billion people around the world now come to TikTok every month" (TikTok, 27 September 2021; the most recent worldwide figure TikTok has published as a newsroom headline, TikTok Newsroom).

  • TikTok's Terms forbid extracting data "using any automated system or software" except as approved in writing (Terms of Service, read 4 November 2026).

  • TikTok allows multiple accounts "for fan content or creative expression", but "not to deceive others or break the rules" (Integrity and Authenticity).

  • On 4 November 2026 the lowest listed mobile rates of the other providers priced here were $2.25/GB (Decodo, 500 GB at 50% off, plus VAT), $3.5/GB (Oxylabs, 714+ GB on enterprise plans) and $5.20/GB (IPRoyal, 100 GB). At the same 500 GB, CleanProxies is $1.45/GB, and it goes as low as $0.79/GB at 10,000 GB.

Final verdict

CleanProxies is the best TikTok proxy provider in 2026. Real 4G/5G mobile proxies in 150+ countries with sticky sessions up to 24 hours, as low as $0.79/GB with data that never expires, plus 100% dedicated US ISP proxies as low as $0.75/IP with unlimited bandwidth for desktop work. It is the cheapest at every volume we priced: $99.50 for 50 GB, $179 for 100 GB and $725 for 500 GB of mobile data, all one-time.

  • Bright Data: no public mobile price we could verify on 4 November; its residential cards alone start at $4.00/GB pay-as-you-go.

  • Oxylabs: strong targeting, but 100 GB needs a $500 plan and the best rate needs $2,500 a month.

  • Decodo: promo pricing plus VAT, billed monthly, and $2.25/GB at best on a $1,125 monthly plan.

  • IPRoyal: $5.20/GB at best, nothing listed above 100 GB, and dedicated lines from $130 a month each.

Frequently Asked Questions

Real 4G/5G mobile proxies with sticky sessions fit TikTok best, because it is a phone app and a carrier IP is the most ordinary connection it sees. For desktop work in Ads Manager or Seller Center, a dedicated static ISP proxy is the steady choice. CleanProxies offers both: mobile from $0.79/GB with data that never expires and dedicated US ISP proxies from $0.75/IP with unlimited bandwidth.

Only partly. TikTok also uses the app's language and region settings and, on phones, signals from the SIM. To see a market the way local users do, use a proxy in that country and set the device language, region and time zone to match.

TikTok's Terms of Service don't mention proxies; they regulate how accounts behave. They forbid fake engagement, spam or impersonation accounts, scraping with automated software without written approval and using another account to get around a ban. Use proxies only to see markets accurately and keep real, authorised accounts on a consistent connection.

TikTok is a video feed, so scrolling uses far more data than text sites. Budget per GB and prefer data that doesn't expire: CleanProxies mobile GB are bought once and never expire, from $1.79/GB at 100 GB down to $0.79/GB at 10,000 GB. For desktop work, a dedicated ISP IP has unlimited bandwidth.

Use sticky sessions for anything logged in, so each account keeps one IP for the whole working block (CleanProxies offers 5 minutes up to 24 hours). Rotating per request suits logged-out research of public creators, hashtags and ads across many locations.

Yes. The $4.99 trial gives 100 MB of mobile data or 5 dedicated ISP IPs for 1 hour, so you can check the IP owner, country and leaks in your own setup before you buy.
