An active CleanProxies plan
Static ISP proxies for fixed US IPs, or rotating residential / mobile proxies for pools. The $4.99 trial works too.
In DICloak, open Proxies in the left menu, click Create Proxy, keep Custom Proxy, set the type to HTTP and enter your CleanProxies host, port, account and password. Click Checking Proxy, then Confirm, and assign it to a profile under Saved Proxies.
DICloak keeps proxies as their own list and lets you hand them out to profiles one by one or at random. That works best with a pool of CleanProxies static ISP IPs: each profile pulls an unused, dedicated US IP with a 0 fraud score and keeps it.

From the dashboard's proxy manager: host (or IP), port, username and password. Convert lists with the proxy list formatter.
Both products use the same setup in DICloak. What changes is how long an IP stays with you.
The best match for DICloak's Random assignment: a group of dedicated US ISP IPs, one per profile, static all month and never shared, with unlimited bandwidth.
Dedicated static IPs registered to US and Canadian ISPs. The address stays the same for as long as you hold it, with unlimited bandwidth and HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 access.
Create sticky residential lines (HTTP, username and password) for the countries you need and keep them in their own proxy group, so Random assignment never mixes them with your long-lived ISP profiles.
Residential IPs in 190+ countries with country, state and city targeting. Rotate on every request or hold a sticky session for up to 90 minutes; GB never expire.
Every product connects over HTTP(S); static ISP and ISP subnet proxies also run SOCKS5 and IP whitelisting. This is what the dashboard gives you to paste into DICloak.
IP:PORT:USER:PASSOne line per dedicated IP. With IP whitelisting on, the line is just IP:PORT and no password is sent.
HOST:PORT:USER:PASSGenerated in the proxy manager. The username carries the location and session you pick, so generate a new list to change them.
http://USERNAME:PASSWORD@HOST:PORTsocks5://USERNAME:PASSWORD@HOST:PORTUse http:// even for HTTPS websites; the TLS session still runs end to end. The socks5:// form is for static ISP and ISP subnet proxies.
Four steps, then check the exit IP with the free proxy checker.
Open Proxies in the left navigation bar and click Create Proxy.
Keep Custom Proxy (API Extraction is for providers that hand out an extraction URL). Set Proxy Type to HTTP, or SOCKS5 for an ISP list with SOCKS5 switched on.
Enter Proxy Host, Proxy Port, Proxy Account and Proxy Password, or paste the line with quick input. Add a remark such as the account name, then click Checking Proxy.
Click Confirm. In Profiles, edit a profile's proxy, choose Saved Proxies and pick the proxy you just created.
Replace the highlighted placeholders with the values from your dashboard.
Select profiles, then More Actions → Edit Profile → Edit Proxy and set the proxy mode to Saved Proxies. Fixed gives every selected profile the same proxy, which you rarely want for separate accounts. Random gives each profile a different proxy, unused ones first, optionally from one proxy group.
For a clean 1:1 setup, put your CleanProxies ISP IPs in one group with at least as many proxies as profiles, then assign Random from that group. Filter the profile list for profiles with no proxy to catch any gaps.
Checking Proxy confirms the connection before you save, and Test Connection on the Proxies page re-checks it later. Open the profile and confirm the IP on a check page before you sign in.
Open What is my IP? through the proxy to see the address and headers a website receives, or paste up to ten lines into the free proxy checker to test connectivity, latency and exit IP.
