Best IPRoyal Alternatives in 2026: 6 Providers Compared (Prices Checked)
Updated 31 October 2026: every price and policy below was read from each provider's public pricing page on this date, with screenshots.
The best IPRoyal alternative in 2026 is CleanProxies. If you buy rotating traffic, our rotating residential proxies go as low as $0.63/GB with data that never expires, against IPRoyal's $1.75/GB rate that only starts at 10 TB. If you run static IPs, our US ISP proxies start as low as $0.75/IP with unlimited bandwidth, against IPRoyal's listed $2.70 per proxy for 30 days. Mobile follows the same pattern: at 100 GB our mobile data is $1.79/GB (as low as $0.79/GB at 10,000 GB) versus $5.20/GB on IPRoyal's 100 GB plan.
IPRoyal is a well-known budget name, and its small plans are easy to start with. The problem shows up when usage grows: no residential plan between its 10 GB plan ($5.25/GB) and the custom rate that starts at 10 TB is publicly listed, ISP proxies are priced per proxy per lease, and mobile traffic is several times what most scraping budgets can carry. This guide compares six IPRoyal alternatives on what decides your monthly bill and your success rate: price per GB and per IP at real volumes, whether unused traffic expires, protocols and auth, and how fast you get access.
TL;DR
CleanProxies is the #1 IPRoyal alternative. The cheapest pricing in the market: residential as low as $0.63/GB, US ISP as low as $0.75/IP, mobile as low as $0.79/GB, ISP /24 subnets from $1.19/IP. Residential and mobile data never expires.
Best network for static work. 100% dedicated ISP IPs on Tier-1 US carrier ASNs, 0 fraud score, 100Gbps ports, under 20 ms latency, 99.9% uptime, unlimited bandwidth and threads.
The other five: Decodo, Webshare, Oxylabs and Bright Data list higher per-GB rates than ours at every comparable published volume; SOAX prices by country tier on credit plans from $200 a month. Most of them sell monthly allowances, commitments or credits that reset or expire.

Why people look for an IPRoyal alternative
IPRoyal does several things right: its residential traffic never expires, it supports HTTP(S) and SOCKS5, and it advertises sticky sessions of up to 7 days. The reasons buyers switch are almost always about cost at scale and how the static product is priced:
The residential price ladder has a big gap. On the subscription tab the listed plans are 1 GB at $7.00/GB, 2 GB at $5.95/GB and 10 GB at $5.25/GB. The next step is a custom plan at $1.75/GB, and the page says that rate is "available from 10 TB (10,000 GB)". Pay As You Go is higher again: $7.35/GB at 1 GB down to $5.51/GB at 10 GB.
ISP proxies are priced per proxy per lease. IPRoyal lists "starting from" $1.80 per proxy for 24 hours and $2.70 for 30 days; the 60- and 90-day leases show $2.55 and $2.40 per proxy, and the page does not say whether those are monthly rates. No quantity tiers are shown.
Mobile is expensive. Rotating mobile runs from $6.80/GB (2 GB) to $5.20/GB (100 GB), and a dedicated mobile proxy is $130 per month on the 30-day lease.
If your workload is a few gigabytes a month, those prices are fine. Once you move hundreds of gigabytes, or you need hundreds of static US IPs for accounts, monitoring or scraping, the bill grows faster than the work. That is where CleanProxies comes in.
How we compared
On 31 October 2026 we opened each provider's public pricing page without logging in, read the listed plan sizes, per-GB and per-IP prices, billing model, traffic expiry, trial terms and stated limits, and captured the screenshots in this article on the same day. We then looked up what about 1,000 GB of residential traffic costs on each provider's listed plans (table below), and marked it unavailable where no such plan is published.
What we did not do: we did not buy competitor plans, and we did not run speed or success-rate benchmarks against other networks, so this article contains no competitor performance numbers. CleanProxies network figures (100Gbps ports, under 20 ms latency, 99.9% uptime) are our published specs. Delivery time comes from our own order records: 15 live ISP orders in October 2026 went from payment confirmed to proxies active in 6 to 19 seconds.
Scorecard: what about 1,000 GB of residential traffic costs (verified 31 October 2026)
| Provider | Closest listed plan to 1,000 GB | Listed price | Per GB | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CleanProxies | 1,000 GB, one-time, never expires | $840 | $0.84 | cleanproxies.com/pricing |
| Webshare | 1,000 GB, billed monthly | $1,500/mo | $1.50 | webshare.io/pricing |
| Bright Data | No 1,000 GB plan listed; largest is 798 GB, billed monthly | $1,999/mo for 798 GB with the promo code shown | $2.50 promo ($5 list) | brightdata.com pricing |
| Decodo | 1,000 GB enterprise plan | $2,000/mo | $2.00 | decodo.com pricing |
| Oxylabs | 1K+ GB tier (enterprise plans start at $2,500/mo) | $2,500 | $2.50 | oxylabs.io pricing |
| IPRoyal | No plan between 10 GB and 10 TB is listed (largest standard plan: 10 GB at $5.25/GB) | Not listed | Custom $1.75 only from 10 TB | iproyal.com pricing |
| SOAX | Credit plans; per-GB rate depends on the exit country's tier | See its pricing page | Varies | soax.com/pricing |
Two things stand out. First, at 1,000 GB CleanProxies costs less than every alternative that publishes a 1,000 GB price (Webshare, Decodo and Oxylabs), and at 10,000 GB our rate drops to $0.63/GB ($6,300 one-time) while IPRoyal's lowest custom rate at that size is $1.75/GB ($17,500). Second, the billing model matters as much as the rate: a monthly allowance you don't use is money lost, while CleanProxies data stays in your account until you use it.
1. CleanProxies: the best IPRoyal alternative overall
CleanProxies covers IPRoyal's three main categories (rotating residential, static ISP and rotating mobile) at a fraction of the price, and adds the strongest US static network on the market.
Rotating residential. 50M+ residential IPs in 190+ countries with country, state and city targeting. Rotate on every request, or hold a sticky session from 5 minutes up to 24 hours. The public price ladder goes down to $0.63/GB at 10,000 GB, orders go up to 100,000 GB, and the data never expires. You connect through one gateway with username:password over HTTP(S).
US ISP proxies. Static IPs on real US carrier ASNs (Comcast, Cox, Frontier, AT&T, RCN and T-Mobile ranges), 100% dedicated and never shared, with 0 fraud score IPs, 100Gbps ports, under 20 ms average latency, 99.9% uptime and unlimited bandwidth and threads. Prices go as low as $0.75/IP per month. You choose username:password, IP whitelisting or SOCKS5 from the dashboard. Need whole ranges? ISP /24 subnets start at $1.19/IP.
Mobile proxies. Real 4G/5G mobile IPs in 150+ countries with country and ASN targeting, as low as $0.79/GB, and like residential the data never expires.
Checkout and delivery. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC). New buyers can check out with just an email, and proxies are delivered instantly: our live ISP orders went active 6 to 19 seconds after payment.
Why it ranks #1
The cheapest pricing in the market across residential ($0.63/GB), ISP ($0.75/IP), subnets ($1.19/IP) and mobile ($0.79/GB).
Residential and mobile data never expires, so you pay once for what you actually use.
Dedicated Tier-1 US carrier ISP IPs with unlimited bandwidth, 100Gbps ports and great 24/7 support.
Good to know
ISP proxies are US-focused and assigned by carrier; pick the carrier at checkout (no state or city choice on static IPs). For city-level targeting, use rotating residential.
Rotating residential and mobile authenticate with username:password; IP whitelisting and SOCKS5 are ISP options.
Sticky sessions last up to 24 hours, and mobile targeting is by country and ASN (no state or city). Mobile is sold as rotating data per GB, not dedicated per-device leases.
AT&T ISP IPs have their own price ladder, shown in the configurator.
Purchases are final (no refunds or IP replacements), which is why there is a paid trial. Want to test first? The $4.99 trial gives you 5 ISP IPs for 1 hour, or 100 MB of residential or mobile data.

2. Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)
Decodo sells residential traffic on monthly subscriptions: $3.75/GB on the 3 GB plan, $3.25/GB at 25 GB and $2.75/GB at 100 GB, with enterprise plans at $2.50/GB (250 GB) and $2/GB (1,000 GB). Pay As You Go is $4/GB, one GB at a time, and the page says you can't hold a monthly plan and Pay As You Go together. Sticky sessions last up to 30 minutes.
Pros
Familiar dashboard and username:password or whitelisted-IP auth.
3-day trial with 100 MB.
State, city, ZIP and ASN targeting.
Cons
Its 1,000 GB enterprise plan costs $2/GB, more than double our $0.84/GB at the same 1,000 GB.
Monthly plans plus VAT; the plan you paid for runs until the end of the billing cycle.
Sticky sessions cap at 30 minutes, versus up to 24 hours on CleanProxies.

3. Webshare
Webshare's rotating residential plans start at $3.50/GB for 1 GB and fall to $1.40/GB on the 3,000 GB plan, billed monthly; the plan size sets your monthly GB allowance and plans auto-renew by default. The pricing page notes that some websites are restricted on its residential network and certain targets need a KYC procedure.
Pros
Simple self-serve checkout.
Yearly billing discount.
HTTP and SOCKS5 endpoints.
Cons
Its lowest residential rate ($1.40/GB) needs a $4,200-a-month 3,000 GB plan; our 2,500 GB tier is $0.80/GB.
Monthly allowance, not a balance that carries over.
Some targets restricted until you complete KYC.

4. Oxylabs
Oxylabs is an enterprise-focused provider. Its residential subscriptions run from $30/mo (up to 5 GB at $6/GB) through $500/mo (up to 125 GB at $4/GB), with $2.5/GB only on enterprise volumes of 1K+ GB and enterprise plans starting at $2,500 a month. The pricing page lists blocked target categories, including banking, government, streaming, ticketing and some Google domains.
Pros
Single subscription covers several products.
HTTP(S), HTTP3 and SOCKS5.
$5 welcome credit to try it.
Cons
$2.5/GB is its best listed rate (1K+ GB), about 3× our $0.84/GB at 1,000 GB.
Monthly subscription model with no pay-once balance.
A published list of blocked target categories.

5. Bright Data
Bright Data's list prices are $8/GB pay as you go and $7 to $5/GB on its 141, 332 and 798 GB monthly plans. On 31 October the page displayed every plan with a promo code (50% off for 3 months) already applied: $4.00/GB pay as you go and $3.50 to $2.50/GB on the plans, billed $499, $999 and $1,999 a month. The page also says monthly commitments do not roll over, and that before using its residential or mobile network you go through a compliance process that may include a video call and verification of your company or personal information.
Pros
Very granular targeting (country, state, city, ZIP, ASN).
Large enterprise toolset.
Deposit match for new accounts.
Cons
List prices of $5 to $8/GB; the low displayed rates are a 3-month promo.
Unused monthly commitment does not roll over.
KYC review before you can use residential or mobile IPs, so no instant start.
Pricing checked 31 October 2026: brightdata.com. More options: Bright Data alternatives.
6. SOAX
SOAX moved to credit-based plans: Builder $200/mo, Team $500/mo, Scale $1,500/mo and Enterprise $3,000/mo, all plus VAT, with one rate across residential and mobile that depends on the country tier of the exit IP (the United States is tier 1). Credits on monthly plans expire 60 days after they are added. The Sandbox account is free to open, but you buy top-up credits before using proxies, and its FAQ answers "No" to a free trial.
Pros
Residential and mobile on one rate card.
Country, region, city, ISP and ASN targeting (ASN and ZIP from the Scale plan up).
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5.
Cons
Paid plans start at $200 a month plus VAT.
Credits on monthly plans expire 60 days after they are added.
No static ISP product on its pricing page; crypto payments require KYC.

What the numbers mean
For residential buyers, the rate at your real monthly volume is what counts, not the headline. IPRoyal's $1.75/GB requires a 10 TB custom plan, and between 10 GB ($5.25/GB) and 10 TB no plan is publicly listed. CleanProxies is already $0.99/GB at 100 GB, $0.84/GB at 1,000 GB and $0.63/GB at 10,000 GB.
For static IP buyers, compare the monthly cost of the IP count you actually run. IPRoyal lists $2.70 per proxy for 30 days; CleanProxies ISP is $0.99/IP at 1,000 IPs and as low as $0.75/IP at 10,000, with unlimited bandwidth on 100Gbps ports, which matters when every account or scraper thread has its own IP.
For mobile buyers, the gap is the biggest: on 100 GB IPRoyal's rotating mobile is $5.20/GB and CleanProxies is $1.79/GB, going as low as $0.79/GB at 10,000 GB, and our data never expires.
For budgeting, expiry rules decide how much you waste. IPRoyal and CleanProxies both keep residential traffic until you use it. Monthly allowances (Webshare, Decodo, Oxylabs), non-rolling commitments (Bright Data) and 60-day credits (SOAX) can turn quiet months into lost money.
Which IPRoyal alternative should you pick?
Scraping and data collection on rotating IPs: CleanProxies rotating residential proxies, the lowest per-GB price here plus data that never expires. See our web scraping use case.
Accounts, ads and monitoring on static US IPs: CleanProxies US ISP proxies, dedicated Tier-1 carrier IPs from $0.75/IP with unlimited bandwidth.
Large static footprints: CleanProxies ISP /24 subnets from $1.19/IP.
Mobile traffic: CleanProxies mobile proxies in 150+ countries from $0.79/GB.
In each case CleanProxies is the pick: it charges less per GB at every volume where the others publish a comparable plan, and its residential and mobile data never expires. Check these requirements before you move: CleanProxies residential and mobile use username:password over HTTP(S) (IP whitelisting and SOCKS5 are ISP options), sticky sessions run up to 24 hours, and mobile targeting is by country and ASN.
How to switch from IPRoyal in 10 minutes
Write down what you use now: GB per month, number of static IPs, countries, and whether your tools use username:password or IP whitelisting.
Start with the $4.99 trial (create an account): 5 ISP IPs for 1 hour, or 100 MB of residential or mobile data.
Generate proxies in the dashboard and copy the lines into your tool. A quick check from a terminal:
# Rotating residential: replace USER and PASS with the credentials from your dashboard
curl -x http://USER:PASS@resipro.cleanproxies.com:5555 https://api.ipify.org
# ISP proxy: the dashboard gives you lines in ip:port:user:pass format
curl -x http://USER:PASS@IP:PORT https://api.ipify.orgCheck the exit IPs: paste them into our proxy checker and look up the carrier and ASN with the IP lookup tool. Our guide on how to test proxy quality has a full checklist.
Move volume over once your success rate holds, and buy the tier that matches your monthly usage on the pricing page.
Final verdict
CleanProxies is the best IPRoyal alternative in 2026: the cheapest pricing in the market on residential ($0.63/GB), US ISP ($0.75/IP), subnets ($1.19/IP) and mobile ($0.79/GB), data that never expires, and a dedicated Tier-1 US carrier network with 100Gbps ports, under 20 ms latency, 99.9% uptime and great 24/7 support.
Decodo: familiar, but $2/GB at best and monthly plans.
Webshare: simple, but its lowest rate needs a $4,200-a-month plan.
Oxylabs: enterprise focus, $2.5/GB at best and published target restrictions.
Bright Data: huge toolset, but $5 to $8/GB list prices and KYC before you start.
SOAX: paid credit plans from $200 a month, with credits that expire 60 days after they are added.
