Does UDP go through the proxy in Undetectable?

No. CleanProxies proxies carry no UDP, even over SOCKS5. Check the WebRTC setting in the profile's Additional tab and run a WebRTC leak test so only the proxy IP is visible.

How do I add many proxies to Undetectable?

Use Import in the Proxy Manager: choose the type and format, set a name template, paste the list or load a file and click Add. Bulk import needs a Basic, Pro or Custom plan.

What is the IP change link field for?

Mobile proxies that switch IP through a URL. Leave it empty for CleanProxies ISP and residential lines.

Why does the city in Undetectable differ from my dashboard?

Undetectable looks the IP up in a geo database, and databases disagree at city level. The country should match; the IP itself is what you bought.

Should I use local or cloud profiles with CleanProxies?

Either works. Cloud profiles are easier for teams because the profile and its proxy sync between devices; local profiles stay only on your PC.

How to set up CleanProxies in Undetectable

Open the General tab
Click New Profile, or open the settings of an existing profile, and switch to the General tab.

Choose New Proxy
Open the dropdown in the proxy section and select New Proxy, or pick a proxy you already saved in the Proxy Manager.

Pick HTTP and paste the line
Select the protocol (HTTP, or SOCKS5 for an ISP list with SOCKS5 on), then paste HOST:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD in the field next to it. Leave the IP change link empty.

Check, name and save
Click the check button: a country icon appears and the Google, Facebook and Yandex icons turn green when the proxy works. Enter a proxy name and save the profile.

Import a list in the Proxy Manager

Go to the Proxy Manager and click Import. Choose the proxy type and the format your lines use, set a Start ID and a Name Template (for example us-isp), paste the list or pick a file, then click Add. Select the new proxies and click Check Proxies to test them together.

Use Mass Creation with a proxy pool to build many profiles from the imported list in one pass.
Edit or delete saved proxies from the Actions button or the right-click menu; export them by selecting and right-clicking.

Troubleshooting Undetectable proxy errors

Verify your exit IP

The proxy check runs from the profile card, the profile settings or the Proxy Manager. Then launch the profile and confirm the IP on a check page; the city can differ slightly from the dashboard because geo databases vary.

Open What is my IP? through the proxy to see the address and headers a website receives, or paste up to ten lines into the free proxy checker to test connectivity, latency and exit IP.
