Best Oxylabs Alternatives in 2026: 6 Providers Compared
Updated 1 November 2026: every price and policy below was read from each provider's public pricing page on this date, with screenshots.
The best Oxylabs alternative in 2026 is CleanProxies. Oxylabs sells everything through one monthly subscription, and the rates only get reasonable on its enterprise plans, which start at $2,500 a month. CleanProxies sells each product on its own, with the cheapest pricing in the market: dedicated US ISP proxies as low as $0.75/IP with unlimited bandwidth, rotating residential proxies as low as $0.63/GB that you pay for once and never lose, mobile data as low as $0.79/GB, and ISP /24 subnets from $1.19/IP.
This guide is for teams paying Oxylabs today and for buyers who have it on a shortlist. On 1 November 2026 we read the Oxylabs pricing pages for residential, dedicated ISP and mobile proxies, then priced the same five workloads on Oxylabs, CleanProxies and four other providers: 100 GB and 1,000 GB of residential traffic, 100 GB of mobile data, and two sizes of dedicated static IPs (192 and 1,140). Every competitor screenshot below was taken that day. This page ranks several providers you can move to; for a two-way, product-by-product breakdown, read CleanProxies vs Oxylabs.
TL;DR
CleanProxies is the #1 Oxylabs alternative. Dedicated US ISP as low as $0.75/IP, residential as low as $0.63/GB, mobile as low as $0.79/GB, ISP subnets from $1.19/IP, and a $4.99 trial to test first.
Dedicated static IPs cost less than half. Oxylabs lists dedicated ISP proxies from $3/IP down to $2.2/IP at 1,140+ IPs. 1,140 dedicated IPs are about $2,508 a month there and $1,128.60 a month on CleanProxies ($0.99/IP), with unlimited bandwidth instead of a fair-usage policy.
Residential and mobile are paid once. 100 GB of residential is $99 with us against Oxylabs' $500 Flexible plan; 100 GB of mobile is $179 against $500. Our GB never expire, so you don't renew a plan to keep them.
The other four (Decodo, Bright Data, Webshare, IPRoyal) and SOAX all cost more than CleanProxies on every workload in our scorecard where they publish a comparable plan.

Prices checked on 1 November 2026 on each provider's public pricing page, linked in each section below.
How Oxylabs prices its proxies (and why people look elsewhere)
Oxylabs moved to a single subscription: you pick Starter ($30/mo), Basic ($100/mo), Flexible ($500/mo) or Enterprise (from $2,500/mo), and the plan's credit is spent on whichever products you use. Each product then has its own rate per plan. On the pages we read on 1 November:
Residential: $6/GB on the welcome credit and Starter, $5/GB on Basic, $4/GB on Flexible for up to 125 GB, and $2.5/GB at 1K+ GB on enterprise.
Dedicated ISP: $3/IP up to 10 IPs, $2.78/IP up to 35, $2.6/IP up to 192, and $2.2/IP at 1,140+ IPs on enterprise.
Mobile: $7.5/GB up to 4 GB, $6.67/GB up to 14 GB, $5/GB up to 100 GB, and $3.5/GB at 714+ GB on enterprise.
Shared ISP: a separate product where each IP is shared with up to 3 users; see its pricing page for those rates.
The pattern is the same on every product: the rate that looks competitive sits on the enterprise tier. That leaves four common reasons to switch:
The good rates need $2,500 a month. $2.5/GB residential, $2.2/IP dedicated ISP and $3.5/GB mobile are all enterprise-only.
Mid-size teams pay the middle rates. A team using 100 GB of residential is on the $500 Flexible plan at $4/GB, and 192 dedicated IPs fill that same $500 plan.
Plans are monthly. The plan renews every month whether or not you used its credit, and VAT may apply on top.
"Unlimited" comes with fair usage. Oxylabs lists "unlimited bandwidth with fair usage" on its ISP products. CleanProxies ISP proxies are unmetered: there is no GB counter on the IPs you buy.
How we compared
On 1 November 2026 we opened each provider's public pricing page without logging in. We read plan sizes, per-GB and per-IP prices, billing model, expiry rules and trial terms, and captured the screenshots in this article that day (the CleanProxies product screenshots were taken on 31 October 2026; the prices in them are unchanged). For each provider we then found the listed plan closest to five workloads and marked a cell "not listed" where no such plan is published:
100 GB and 1,000 GB of rotating residential traffic
100 GB of mobile data
192 and 1,140 dedicated static ISP IPs per month (the plan limits Oxylabs shows on its page)
What we did not do: we did not buy competitor plans, log in to competitor dashboards or benchmark their networks, so this article contains no competitor speed or success-rate numbers. CleanProxies network figures (100Gbps ports, under 20 ms latency, 99.9% uptime) are our published specs. Our delivery time comes from our own order records: 15 live ISP orders in October 2026 went from payment confirmed to proxies active in 6 to 19 seconds.
Scorecard: five workloads priced (verified 1 November 2026)
| Provider | 100 GB residential | 1,000 GB residential | 100 GB mobile | 192 dedicated ISP IPs | 1,140 dedicated ISP IPs |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CleanProxies | $99 once | $840 once | $179 once | $286.08/mo (192 at $1.49) | $1,128.60/mo (1,140 at $0.99) |

Sources: CleanProxies pricing, Oxylabs residential, Oxylabs dedicated ISP, Oxylabs mobile, and each provider's page linked in its section. "Not compared" means the provider sells static IPs as a separate product whose terms we didn't put side by side here.
What the table shows: against Oxylabs, CleanProxies costs about a fifth for 100 GB of residential ($99 vs $500), about a third for 1,000 GB ($840 vs $2,500), and a little over a third for 100 GB of mobile ($179 vs $500). On dedicated IPs the saving at 1,140 IPs is about $1,379 every month. Over a longer period, compare total usage rather than one month. Say you use 300 GB of residential over three months: on Oxylabs' Flexible plan that is three $500 months ($1,500); on CleanProxies it is one 300 GB purchase at our 250 GB tier ($0.94/GB, $282), and any GB you don't use in those months stay in your account.
Key numbers from the pages we read
Oxylabs' enterprise tier starts at $2,500 a month and is where all of its lowest rates sit (dedicated ISP pricing).
Oxylabs lists mobile proxies in 140+ countries with static sessions up to 24 hours, over HTTP(S), HTTP3 and SOCKS5 (mobile proxies).
Oxylabs' shared ISP IPs are "shared with up to 3 users"; its dedicated ISP IPs list "unlimited bandwidth with fair usage" (ISP pricing).
CleanProxies ISP proxies run from 5 to 10,000 IPs per order, and residential and mobile from 5 GB to 100,000 GB (pricing).
1. CleanProxies: the best Oxylabs alternative overall
CleanProxies mainly specializes in US ISP proxies, and that is where an Oxylabs user saves the most. It also sells rotating residential, mobile and whole ISP subnets (but not datacenter proxies), plus VPS and bare-metal servers in Virginia.
Dedicated US ISP proxies. Static IPs on real Tier-1 US carrier ASNs (Comcast, Cox, Frontier, AT&T, RCN and T-Mobile ranges). Every IP is 100% dedicated and never shared, with clean 0 fraud score IPs, 100Gbps network ports, under 20 ms latency, 99.9% uptime and unlimited bandwidth and threads (no fair-usage cap, no GB counter). Prices drop with volume: $1.49/IP at 100 IPs, $1.29 at 250, $0.99 at 1,000, and as low as $0.75/IP at 10,000, billed per IP per month. Switch between username:password, IP whitelisting and SOCKS5 in the dashboard. For whole ranges, ISP /24 subnets start at $1.19/IP.
Rotating residential. 50M+ residential IPs in 190+ countries, with country, state and city targeting. Rotate on every request or keep a sticky session from 5 minutes up to 24 hours. $0.99/GB at 100 GB, $0.84/GB at 1,000 GB and as low as $0.63/GB at 10,000 GB. You buy GB once and they stay in your account until you use them.
Mobile proxies. Real 4G/5G mobile IPs in 150+ countries, targeted by country and ASN. $1.79/GB at 100 GB, $1.29/GB at 1,000 GB and as low as $0.79/GB at 10,000 GB, with data that never expires.
Checkout and delivery. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC); you can check out with only an email. Proxies are delivered instantly: our live ISP orders went active 6 to 19 seconds after payment. Support is 24/7.
Why it ranks #1
The cheapest pricing in the market: ISP $0.75/IP, subnets $1.19/IP, residential $0.63/GB, mobile $0.79/GB, with no enterprise contract needed to reach them.
Dedicated Tier-1 carrier ISP IPs that are never shared, with truly unlimited bandwidth on 100Gbps ports.
Pay-once GB for residential and mobile, so a quiet month costs nothing.
Good to know
ISP proxies are US-focused and chosen by carrier at checkout; static IPs have no state or city choice. Use rotating residential for city targeting.
Rotating residential and mobile use username:password over HTTP(S); IP whitelisting and SOCKS5 are ISP options.
AT&T ISP IPs have their own price ladder, shown in the configurator.
There is no managed scraper API: you run your own scraper or HTTP client through our proxies.
Purchases are final (no refunds or IP replacements), which is why there is a paid trial: $4.99 for 5 ISP IPs for 1 hour, or 100 MB of residential or mobile data.
Pricing checked 1 November 2026: cleanproxies.com/pricing.
2. Oxylabs: what you'd be switching from
Oxylabs is an established enterprise provider with proxies, scraper APIs, datasets and a browser product under one account. Its single subscription is convenient if you use several of those products, but on proxies alone you pay the plan's rate for each product.
Pros
One subscription and dashboard for proxies, scraper APIs and datasets.
HTTP(S), HTTP3 and SOCKS5; mobile in 140+ countries with 24-hour sticky sessions.
A $5 welcome credit to try a product.
Cons
Dedicated ISP is $2.6/IP at up to 192 IPs and $2.2/IP only on enterprise; CleanProxies is $1.49/IP at 100 and $0.99/IP at 1,000.
100 GB of residential or mobile sits on the $500 Flexible plan; the same traffic is $99 (residential) or $179 (mobile) once on CleanProxies.
Its ISP bandwidth is "unlimited with fair usage", and its shared ISP IPs are used by up to 3 users.
Pricing checked 1 November 2026: oxylabs.io. Full head-to-head: CleanProxies vs Oxylabs.
3. Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)
Decodo is the closest like-for-like switch from Oxylabs: residential, ISP and mobile on monthly plans. Its dedicated ISP ladder runs from $3.33/IP (3 IPs) to $2.50/IP (200 IPs). Residential runs from $3.75/GB on 3 GB to $2.75/GB on 100 GB, and $2/GB needs the 1 TB enterprise plan.
Pros
Broad targeting on residential (country, state, city, ZIP, ASN).
HTTP(S) and SOCKS5.
A 3-day residential trial.
Cons
200 dedicated IPs are $500 a month; 200 on CleanProxies are $298.
1,000 GB of residential is $2,000 a month against $840 once with us.
Mobile is shown at a 50%-off promo ($550 list for 100 GB).
Pricing checked 1 November 2026: decodo.com. More options: Smartproxy (Decodo) alternatives.
4. Bright Data
Bright Data is the other big enterprise name buyers weigh against Oxylabs. Its residential page shows a 50%-off code for the first 3 months: pay as you go $4/GB (list $8), and monthly plans of 141 GB ($499), 332 GB ($999) and 798 GB ($1,999), with per-GB rates of $3.50, $3 and $2.50 as rounded on its page.
Pros
A very large listed pool (400M+ IPs) with country, state, city and ZIP targeting.
A wide enterprise data toolset.
A first-deposit match up to $500.
Cons
The displayed rates are a 3-month promo on $5 to $8/GB list prices.
The smallest plan is $499 a month even with the code.
No plan near 1,000 GB is listed.
Pricing checked 1 November 2026: brightdata.com. More options: Bright Data alternatives.
5. Webshare
Webshare is a self-serve option many teams try when Oxylabs feels too heavy. Rotating residential is sold as a monthly GB allowance: $2.25/GB at 100 GB, $1.50/GB at 1,000 GB and $1.40/GB at 3,000 GB.
Pros
Fast self-serve signup with monthly or yearly billing.
HTTP and SOCKS5.
Country, state, city, ZIP and ASN filters.
Cons
1,000 GB is $1,500 a month against $840 once on CleanProxies.
Its lowest rate needs the $4,200-a-month 3,000 GB plan.
Unused allowance doesn't build up as a balance.
Pricing checked 1 November 2026: webshare.io/pricing. More options: Webshare alternatives.
6. IPRoyal
IPRoyal suits small tests: residential traffic never expires and plans start at 1 GB. Beyond that, its standard plans stop at 10 GB ($5.25/GB) and the next published price is a custom rate from 10 TB. Mobile runs $6.80/GB to $5.20/GB.
Pros
Residential traffic that never expires.
Sticky sessions up to 7 days.
Small entry plans.
Cons
No listed residential plan between 10 GB and 10 TB.
100 GB of mobile is $520 against $179 on CleanProxies.
ISP proxies are priced per proxy per lease with no volume ladder shown.
Pricing checked 1 November 2026: iproyal.com. More options: IPRoyal alternatives.
7. SOAX
SOAX works like Oxylabs in one way: monthly plans buy credits that cover residential and mobile. Plans are Builder $200, Team $500, Scale $1,500 and Enterprise $3,000 a month plus VAT, and the per-GB rate depends on the plan and the exit country's tier. Its calculator puts 100 GB of US traffic on Builder at $300.
Pros
Residential and mobile on one credit balance.
A free Sandbox account.
Credits roll over 60 days (up to 365 on Enterprise).
Cons
Paid plans start at $200 a month plus VAT.
100 GB of US residential is $300, about three times our $99.
No static ISP product on its pricing page.
Pricing checked 1 November 2026: soax.com/pricing.
Dedicated vs shared ISP: the detail that changes the price
Oxylabs sells two ISP products, and the difference matters when you compare prices. Shared ISP IPs are used by up to 3 customers at once, so another user's traffic on the same IP can affect its reputation on the sites you work with. Dedicated ISP IPs belong to one customer, which is what you want for managing your own accounts, ad verification and long-running monitoring.
Compare dedicated to dedicated. Oxylabs' dedicated ISP rates run from $3/IP to $2.2/IP; every CleanProxies ISP IP is dedicated, from $1.49/IP at 100 IPs down to $0.75/IP at 10,000. You don't pay extra for exclusivity, and there's no fair-usage policy on bandwidth.
| At this many IPs | CleanProxies (dedicated) | Oxylabs (dedicated) |
|---|---|---|
| 10 | $2.49/IP | $3/IP |
| 20 to 35 | $2.19/IP | $2.78/IP |
| 100 to 192 | $1.49/IP | $2.6/IP |
| 1,000+ | $0.99/IP (1,000), $0.94 (2,000), $0.75 (10,000) | $2.2/IP (1,140+, enterprise from $2,500/mo) |
Both columns from public pricing pages on 1 November 2026; Oxylabs IP counts are the plan limits shown on its page.
What the numbers mean for an Oxylabs user
If you're on Flexible ($500/mo) for residential, you're buying up to 125 GB a month at $4/GB. On CleanProxies, 100 GB is $99 and 500 GB is $445, both paid once.
If you're on Flexible for dedicated ISP, that $500 covers up to 192 IPs. The same 192 dedicated US ISP IPs on CleanProxies are $286.08 a month, and for $499.23 you get 387 dedicated IPs at our 250 tier ($1.29).
If you're on enterprise, look at the per-unit rates you pay today against our public ladder: $0.99/IP at 1,000 dedicated IPs, $0.84/GB at 1,000 GB of residential, $1.29/GB at 1,000 GB of mobile. No sales call is needed to get them.
If you also use Oxylabs scraper APIs, remember that one subscription pays for both. Moving only your proxies saves money when you can then drop to a smaller plan, so check how much of your monthly credit goes to proxies before you switch. Our proxies work with any HTTP client or scraper you run yourself.
Feature fit: what to check before you switch
These are the features each provider lists on the pages we read on 1 November 2026; "not stated" means the page doesn't say.
| Provider | Protocols | Auth | Residential targeting | Sessions | Scraper APIs |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CleanProxies | HTTP(S); SOCKS5 on ISP | user:pass on all; IP whitelist on ISP | Country, state, city | Rotating or sticky up to 24 h; ISP static all month | No managed scraper API |
| Oxylabs | HTTP(S), HTTP3, SOCKS5 | Proxy users and whitelisted IPs | Free geo-targeting | Sticky; mobile static up to 24 h | Yes |
| Decodo | HTTP(S), SOCKS5 | Not stated on the pricing page | Country, state, city, ZIP, ASN | Rotating and sticky | Yes |
| Bright Data | Not stated on the pricing page | Not stated on the pricing page | Country, state, city, ZIP | Not stated | Yes |
| Webshare | HTTP, SOCKS5 | Not stated on the pricing page | Country, state, city, ZIP, ASN | Not stated | Not stated |
| IPRoyal | Not stated on the pricing page | Whitelisted IPs listed | City-level | Sticky up to 7 days | Yes |
| SOAX | Not stated on the pricing page | Not stated on the pricing page | Priced by country tier | Not stated | Not stated |
If your tools take a host, port and username:password, moving to CleanProxies is a three-field change. Need SOCKS5 or IP whitelisting? Use our ISP proxies; rotating residential and mobile run over HTTP(S) with username:password.
Check these before you move each workload:
Managed scraping APIs (Oxylabs Web Scraper API and similar): CleanProxies doesn't offer one, so keep your own scraper and point it at our proxies.
Static IPs outside the US: our ISP proxies are US carrier IPs. For other countries, use rotating residential with a sticky session (up to 24 hours) in 190+ countries.
SOCKS5 on rotating traffic: SOCKS5 is an ISP option with us; rotating residential and mobile are HTTP(S).
Datacenter proxies: not sold. Most teams move that traffic to ISP proxies, which are unmetered and on carrier ASNs.
Targeting: residential goes down to state and city; mobile is targeted by country and ASN; ISP is chosen by carrier.
Which Oxylabs alternative should you pick?
Static IPs for accounts, ads and monitoring: CleanProxies US ISP proxies, dedicated Tier-1 carrier IPs as low as $0.75/IP with unlimited bandwidth.
Large static footprints: CleanProxies ISP /24 subnets from $1.19/IP.
Scraping and data collection: CleanProxies rotating residential proxies as low as $0.63/GB; see the web scraping use case.
Mobile traffic: CleanProxies mobile proxies in 150+ countries as low as $0.79/GB.
Each answer is CleanProxies: lower prices at every volume we compared, no enterprise contract to unlock them, and a dedicated US carrier network for static work.
How to switch from Oxylabs in 10 minutes
List what you use: dedicated IPs (count and carrier), residential and mobile GB per month, countries, and whether your tools use username:password or IP whitelisting.
Start the $4.99 trial (create an account): 5 ISP IPs for 1 hour, or 100 MB of residential or mobile data.
Swap the endpoint. Replace the Oxylabs host, port and credentials with ours and run a quick check:
# Dedicated ISP proxy: lines come as ip:port:user:pass from your dashboard
curl -x http://USER:PASS@IP:PORT https://api.ipify.org
# Rotating residential gateway
curl -x http://USER:PASS@resipro.cleanproxies.com:5555 https://api.ipify.orgIn Python, load your new ISP list and check every line before moving traffic:
import requests
def check(line):
ip, port, user, pw = line.strip().split(":", 3)
proxy = f"http://{user}:{pw}@{ip}:{port}"
try:
r = requests.get("https://api.ipify.org", proxies={"http": proxy, "https": proxy}, timeout=15)
return ip, r.text == ip
except requests.RequestException:
return ip, False
with open("cleanproxies_isp.txt") as f:
for line in f:
if line.strip():
ip, ok = check(line)
print(ip, "OK" if ok else "FAILED") Each ISP IP should answer with its own address. A 407 Proxy Authentication Required means the username or password isn't being sent; our guide to fixing proxy errors covers that and other common errors.
Check the carrier. Look up an ISP IP with our IP lookup tool to see its owner and ASN, and run the list through the proxy checker. This is the kind of result to expect for a US carrier address (a public Comcast DNS address as the example):
Move volume once your results hold, choosing the tier that matches your usage on the pricing page. For a full checklist, read how to test proxy quality, and if you're unsure which product fits, see shared vs dedicated ISP proxies.
Final verdict
CleanProxies is the best Oxylabs alternative in 2026: dedicated US ISP proxies as low as $0.75/IP with unlimited bandwidth, residential as low as $0.63/GB and mobile as low as $0.79/GB that never expire, ISP subnets from $1.19/IP, on a Tier-1 carrier network with 100Gbps ports, under 20 ms latency, 99.9% uptime and great 24/7 support.
Oxylabs: one subscription for many products, but its best rates need $2,500 a month, and mid-size use sits on a $500 plan.
Decodo: similar product range, but $2.50/IP for 200 dedicated IPs and $2,000 a month for 1 TB.
Bright Data: a huge pool, but the displayed rates are a 3-month promo on $5 to $8/GB list prices.
Webshare: easy to start, but $1,500 a month for 1,000 GB.
IPRoyal: traffic never expires, but no listed plan between 10 GB and 10 TB.
SOAX: flexible credits, but plans from $200 a month and no ISP product.
