Best LinkedIn Proxies in 2026: 6 Static ISP Providers Compared
Updated 2 November 2026: every price and policy below was read from each provider's public pricing page on this date, with screenshots.
The best LinkedIn proxies in 2026 are dedicated static ISP proxies: one fixed, home-broadband IP per LinkedIn member, in that member's country, never shared with anyone else. CleanProxies ranks #1 for this. Our LinkedIn proxies are 100% dedicated US ISP proxies on Tier-1 carrier ASNs, with the cheapest pricing in the market: as low as $0.75/IP, with unlimited bandwidth, and a $4.99 trial to test first.
This guide is for companies whose recruiters, sales reps and marketers use their own LinkedIn accounts from laptops, VPNs, shared offices or cloud browsers, and keep hitting "unusual activity" checks. On 2 November 2026 we read the pricing pages of five other providers that sell dedicated static IPs, priced two team sizes on each, and captured the competitor screenshots below that day. We also cover what LinkedIn's rules actually say, because a proxy gives a real member a steady, honest login location. It does not make prohibited automation or extra accounts acceptable.
TL;DR
Static ISP proxies are the right type for LinkedIn. LinkedIn accounts are personal and long-lived, so the profile needs one unchanging, residential-looking IP. Rotating proxies change the IP the profile signs in from; datacenter IPs don't look like a home connection.
CleanProxies is the best LinkedIn proxy provider. Dedicated US ISP IPs as low as $0.75/IP, every IP used by you alone, unlimited bandwidth, HTTP(S), SOCKS5 or IP whitelist, delivered in seconds.
It is also the cheapest at team scale. 100 dedicated IPs cost $149 a month with us. Bright Data lists $275 and Decodo $260 plus VAT for the same 100 dedicated IPs; Oxylabs puts 100 on its $500-a-month plan. At 1,000 IPs we charge $990, against $2,500 at Bright Data.
One member, one account, one IP. LinkedIn's User Agreement allows one account per person and bans bots and scraping. Use proxies to give each real member a stable location, never to run extra accounts.

Why LinkedIn reacts to IP addresses
LinkedIn protects its members' accounts closely. In its Community Report for July to December 2025, LinkedIn says its automated defenses blocked 97.8% of the fake accounts it stopped, and that 99.7% were stopped proactively, before any member reported them. LinkedIn doesn't publish how its security checks work. From the network side, three patterns are commonly linked to "Let's do a quick security check" prompts:
Location jumps. A profile that lives in Chicago, signs in from a VPN exit in Frankfurt on Monday and from a hotel in Singapore on Tuesday looks like a takeover risk.
Shared addresses. Office networks, VPNs, cloud browsers and shared proxies put many unrelated people behind one IP. If one of them behaves badly, everyone on that IP inherits the reputation.
Datacenter ranges. Cloud and hosting IPs are registered to hosting companies, not to home internet providers. A person browsing LinkedIn from a server range is unusual.
A dedicated static ISP proxy addresses all three on the network side: one IP, registered to a consumer internet provider, used by one member, in the member's own country, for as long as you hold it. It is a sensible setup, not a guarantee: LinkedIn judges the account and its activity, not just the IP.
What LinkedIn's rules say (read this before you buy)
We read the LinkedIn User Agreement (effective 3 November 2025) and LinkedIn's help page on prohibited software and extensions on 2 November 2026:
One account per person. Section 2.1: "you will only have one LinkedIn account, which must be in your real name." Section 8.2 also bans creating a profile for anyone other than yourself and sharing log-in credentials.
No bots or scraping. Section 8.2 bans "bots or other unauthorized automated methods" for adding contacts, sending messages or engaging with posts, and any software that scrapes profiles or other data.
Extensions count. The help page says LinkedIn does not allow third-party software, "including crawlers, bots, browser plug-ins, or browser extensions," that scrape or automate activity, and members who use them "risk having their accounts restricted or shut down."
No getting around limits. Section 8.2 also bans bypassing "any security feature" or "access controls or use limits of the Services". A proxy must never be used to get past a restriction, a verification or an invitation limit.
Proxies themselves are not mentioned. Neither page talks about proxies, VPNs or IP addresses by name; the rules are about how the account is used.
So the legitimate use of a LinkedIn proxy is simple: give every real member (a recruiter, an SDR, a founder) one steady, honest login location for their own account, used only by them, and keep their activity human. Never share log-ins between people, never sign in to someone else's account, and never run more than one account per person. CleanProxies customers must follow our Terms of Service and LinkedIn's terms; this article is general guidance, not legal advice.
ISP vs residential vs mobile vs datacenter proxies for LinkedIn
| Proxy type | IP stays the same? | Looks like a home connection? | Fit for a LinkedIn profile | Where it is useful |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Static ISP (dedicated) | Yes, all month | Yes: registered to a consumer ISP | Best fit | Daily logins for each member |
| Rotating residential | No (sticky sessions up to 24 h at CleanProxies) | Yes | Poor for logins: the IP changes | Checking how a public company page or job post looks from a city, logged out |
| Mobile 4G/5G | No, carrier IPs rotate | Yes, carrier network | Poor for logins: shared carrier IPs change | Logged-out checks of mobile pages |
| Datacenter | Yes | No: registered to a host | Weak | Not recommended for LinkedIn profiles |
| Shared ISP | Yes | Yes | Risky: other customers use the same IP | Low-stakes tasks only |
Static ISP proxies combine the two things LinkedIn wants to see: a fixed address and residential ownership. That is why we recommend them for LinkedIn, and why we built our ISP product around 100% dedicated IPs that are never shared. For the difference between shared and dedicated plans in more depth, read shared vs dedicated ISP proxies.
How we compared
On 2 November 2026 we opened each provider's public pricing or product page without logging in. We read per-IP prices, whether the IPs are dedicated or shared, bandwidth and fair-usage rules, protocols and trial terms, and captured the screenshots in this article that day. We then priced two team sizes on each provider's dedicated static IP plan:
100 dedicated IPs a month: a sales or recruiting team of about 100 people, one IP per member.
1,000 dedicated IPs a month: a large sales or recruiting organisation with about 1,000 people on LinkedIn.
We also ran our free IP lookup tool on a public Comcast address (75.75.75.75) to show what a carrier-registered IP looks like.
What we did not do: we did not buy competitor plans, log in to competitor dashboards, sign in to LinkedIn through any proxy, or benchmark competitor networks. There are no competitor speed or "ban rate" numbers in this article, because we didn't measure any. CleanProxies network figures (100Gbps ports, under 20 ms latency, 99.9% uptime) are our published specs; our delivery time (6 to 19 seconds from payment to working proxies) comes from our own live ISP orders.
Scorecard: what each pricing page said on 2 November 2026
| Provider | 100 dedicated IPs / month | 1,000 dedicated IPs / month | Sharing | Bandwidth | Source |

| CleanProxies | $149 ($1.49/IP) | $990 ($0.99/IP) | Dedicated, never shared | Unlimited | cleanproxies.com/pricing |
| Oxylabs | Needs the $500/mo Flexible plan ($2.6/IP up to 192 IPs) | Enterprise ($2.2/IP from 1,140 IPs; plans from $2,500/mo) | Dedicated | 100 concurrent sessions per IP until 100 GB, then 10 | oxylabs.io |
| Bright Data | $275 ($2.75/IP) | $2,500 ($2.50/IP) | Dedicated tab | 100 GB per IP per month, extra may cost more | brightdata.com |
| Decodo | $260 + VAT ($2.60/IP) | Not on the plan cards (Enterprise toggle) | 100% dedicated | "High bandwidth" | decodo.com |
| IPRoyal | About $270 (from $2.70/proxy, 30 days) | About $2,700 at the starting rate (no published volume tiers) | Dedicated | Per plan | iproyal.com |

Webshare doesn't show comparable dedicated per-IP packs on the page we read, so it is left out of the cost comparisons.
1. CleanProxies: the best LinkedIn proxies, at the cheapest price in the market
CleanProxies mainly specializes in US ISP proxies: static residential IPs on real US carrier ASNs. For LinkedIn that is exactly the product you want. Each IP is dedicated to you for as long as you hold it, the network runs on 100Gbps ports with under 20 ms latency and 99.9% uptime, and bandwidth and threads are unlimited, so a team that lives in LinkedIn all day never watches a GB counter.
What you get for LinkedIn:
One dedicated IP per member. Every ISP IP is 100% dedicated and never shared with another customer, so no other customer's traffic runs through your team's IPs.
Real carrier ASNs. IPs are registered to US home internet providers: Frontier, AT&T, Comcast, Cox, RCN and T-Mobile (fixed-line Sprint/T-Mobile ranges), plus Telus in Canada (the carrier is your selection at checkout). Super clean ranges with a 0 fraud score.
Static all month. The address doesn't change while you hold it, so a member signs in from the same place every day.
Works in every browser setup. HTTP(S) with username:password, IP whitelisting (1 to 20 IPv4 addresses), or SOCKS5, switched in the dashboard. That covers anti-detect and profile browsers such as AdsPower, Multilogin and GoLogin, as well as Chrome and Firefox.
Instant delivery. Our live ISP orders went from payment to working proxies in 6 to 19 seconds.
24/7 support from people who know proxies.
Pricing for teams: $1.49/IP at 100 IPs, $1.29 at 250, $1.15 at 500, $0.99 at 1,000, and as low as $0.75/IP at 10,000, billed monthly per IP (AT&T IPs have their own ladder: $2.00/IP from 50 IPs and $1.50/IP at 10,000). Pay by card (Apple Pay and Google Pay included) or crypto. For agencies that need whole blocks, ISP /24 subnets start from $1.19/IP.
Why it ranks #1:
The only provider here whose dedicated IPs cost under $1 at 1,000 IPs ($0.99) and reach $0.75
Unlimited bandwidth with no per-IP GB allowance or session cut-off
HTTP(S), SOCKS5 and IP whitelist on the same IPs
Good to know:
ISP proxies are sold by country (USA and Canada); you choose the carrier, not the state or city. Pick the country that matches the member's profile.
The $4.99 trial gives you 5 ISP IPs for 1 hour, so you can check them in your own browser setup before ordering for the whole team. Purchases are final and IPs aren't replaced, so the trial is the way to test first.
Pricing checked on 2 November 2026: cleanproxies.com/pricing.
2. Oxylabs
Oxylabs sells dedicated ISP proxies through its single subscription: $3/IP on the welcome credit and the $30 Starter plan (up to 10 IPs), $2.78/IP on the $100 Basic plan (up to 35), $2.6/IP on the $500 Flexible plan (up to 192), and $2.2/IP from 1,140 IPs on enterprise plans that start at $2,500 a month.
Where it falls short for LinkedIn teams: a 100-person team needs the $500 Flexible plan, more than three times CleanProxies' $149 for the same 100 dedicated IPs. "Unlimited bandwidth" comes with fair usage: the page limits each dedicated IP to 100 concurrent sessions until it reaches 100 GB in a month, then 10. The same FAQ says some websites are restricted on dedicated ISP proxies until you complete a KYC check, and that self-service purchases are non-refundable.
Pros:
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5
Free premium ASN selection, as listed
$5 welcome credit
Cons:
100 IPs sit on a $500/month plan; the best rate needs $2,500/month
Concurrent sessions drop to 10 per IP after 100 GB
Some targets need KYC first; VAT may apply
Pricing checked on 2 November 2026: oxylabs.io/pricing/dedicated-isp-proxies.
3. Bright Data
Bright Data's ISP proxy pricing has Shared, Dedicated and Pay/GB tabs over a pool it describes as 1,300,000+ static residential proxies. On the Dedicated tab: 10 IPs at $3.50 each, 100 at $2.75, 500 at $2.60 and 1,000 at $2.50, billed monthly.
Where it falls short for LinkedIn teams: 1,000 dedicated IPs cost $2,500 a month, against $990 at CleanProxies. The page's FAQ says each IP includes a 100 GB fair-usage allowance per month and "additional charges may apply" above it, so "unlimited" has a ceiling. The cheaper ladder on the page is on the Shared tab, and sharing IPs between customers is exactly what you want to avoid for personal profiles. See CleanProxies vs Bright Data for the full breakdown.
Pros:
Shared, dedicated and pay-per-GB options
A large static residential pool, as advertised
Free trial and a first-deposit match up to $500
Cons:
$2.75/IP at 100 dedicated IPs and $2.50/IP at 1,000
100 GB fair usage per IP per month
Orders above 1,000 IPs go through sales
Pricing checked on 2 November 2026: brightdata.com/pricing/proxy-network/isp-proxies.
4. Decodo
Decodo (formerly Smartproxy) lists dedicated static residential plans from 3 IPs at $3.33 each down to 200 IPs at $2.50 each, plus VAT, billed monthly. The plan features include "100% dedicated IPs", HTTP(S) and SOCKS5, and a 14-day money-back.
Where it falls short for LinkedIn teams: 100 dedicated IPs are $260 plus VAT, compared with $149 at CleanProxies, and the plan cards stop at 200 IPs, so an organisation needing 1,000 IPs has to go through the Enterprise option. Shared Pay/GB and Pay/IP plans sit on the same page, so check you are buying the dedicated plan. See CleanProxies vs Decodo.
Pros:
100% dedicated IPs on the Dedicated plan
HTTP(S) and SOCKS5
Country, state, city and ASN targeting listed
Cons:
$2.60/IP at 100 IPs, plus VAT
No listed plan above 200 IPs
Shared plans next to dedicated ones
Pricing checked on 2 November 2026: decodo.com/proxies/isp-proxies/pricing.
5. IPRoyal
IPRoyal's ISP pricing is set by rental period: "starting from" $1.80 per proxy for 24 hours, $2.70 for 30 days, $2.55 for 60 days and $2.40 for 90 days. The page describes a dedicated IP pool with unlimited threads and HTTP(S) and SOCKS5.
Where it falls short for LinkedIn teams: a month of 100 proxies starts at $270, and the page shows no quantity discounts, so 1,000 proxies start at $2,700 a month. The cheaper per-month rates need you to commit to 60 or 90 days up front. See CleanProxies vs IPRoyal or our IPRoyal alternative page.
Pros:
24-hour rentals for short tests
Dedicated IPs with HTTP(S) and SOCKS5
Unlimited threads listed on the page
Cons:
$2.70 per proxy for 30 days
No volume tiers on the pricing page
Lowest rate tied to a 90-day term
Pricing checked on 2 November 2026: iproyal.com/pricing/isp-proxies.
6. Webshare
Webshare's static residential proxies are described as ISP-issued IPs from AT&T, Sprint and Cox, with HTTP and SOCKS5, speeds "up to 1 Gbps" and bandwidth "up to unlimited." The same page also sells a cheaper "Private Proxy" plan that is "only shared with up to 2 users."
Where it falls short for LinkedIn teams: the page quotes proxy speed at up to 1 Gbps, while CleanProxies runs on 100Gbps network ports, and "up to unlimited" bandwidth depends on the plan. Shared "private" plans sit on the same page, and an IP shared with another user is a poor fit for a personal LinkedIn profile, so read the plan carefully. See CleanProxies vs Webshare or our Webshare alternative page.
Pros:
Dedicated static residential plan
HTTP and SOCKS5
Self-serve checkout
Cons:
Speed quoted at up to 1 Gbps
Bandwidth "up to unlimited", depending on plan
Shared plans on the same page
Pricing checked on 2 November 2026: webshare.io/static-residential-proxy.
What the numbers mean for a LinkedIn team
A 100-person team: $149 a month at CleanProxies. The same 100 dedicated IPs are $260 plus VAT at Decodo, about $270 at IPRoyal's starting rate and $275 at Bright Data, and they put you on Oxylabs' $500 Flexible plan. Over a year, that is $1,788 with us against $3,300 at Bright Data and $6,000 on Oxylabs' plan.
An organisation with 1,000 people on LinkedIn: $990 a month with us, against $2,500 at Bright Data and about $2,700 at IPRoyal's starting rate. Oxylabs and Decodo send you to enterprise sales.
Bandwidth never becomes a second bill. LinkedIn sessions are light, but browsers load video, images and feeds all day. Our ISP IPs are unmetered; Bright Data and Oxylabs both attach a 100 GB per IP rule.
Which LinkedIn proxy should you pick?
CleanProxies, for every team size we priced. If your team signs in to LinkedIn from shared networks, VPNs or cloud browsers, give each member one dedicated US or Canadian ISP IP from us. You get the lowest price per dedicated IP, unlimited bandwidth, HTTP(S)/SOCKS5/IP whitelist on the same IPs and delivery in seconds, and you can test with the $4.99 trial before you order for everyone.
Our static ISP IPs are in the US and Canada, which is where they fit best. If a member is based elsewhere, keep their profile on their own home or office connection in their country rather than a proxy in the wrong place: a profile that says Berlin should not sign in from Ohio. For logged-out checks (how a company page, job post or ad looks from a given city) our rotating residential proxies cover 190+ countries with city targeting, as low as $0.63/GB.
How to set up a LinkedIn proxy, step by step
Buy one ISP IP per member in the member's country. Name each IP after the person it belongs to in your sheet.
Create one browser profile per member (a separate Chrome or Firefox profile, or a profile in your team's profile browser) and put that member's proxy in it: proxy type HTTP (or SOCKS5), the host and port from your CleanProxies dashboard, and the username and password (or whitelist the office IP instead). Never reuse an IP across two people.
Check the IP before the first login. Run it through the proxy checker, confirm the owner and ASN with the IP lookup tool, and make sure the browser doesn't leak the real address with the WebRTC leak test.
Sign in normally. LinkedIn may ask the member to verify the sign-in the first time it sees the new location; the member completes it themselves. Turn on two-factor authentication.
Keep it fixed. Don't swap a member's IP unless you have to. A static ISP proxy stays the same for as long as you hold it.
Keep activity human. Personalise invitations, keep volumes modest and don't install extensions that automate actions. LinkedIn says reaching the invitation limit can restrict sending for about a week (help page), and the limits apply to Basic and Premium accounts alike.
Checklist: test a LinkedIn proxy before you commit
| Check | What good looks like | Tool |
|---|---|---|
| Owner and ASN | A consumer internet provider (Comcast, Cox, Frontier…), not a hosting company | IP lookup |
| Country | Matches the member's LinkedIn location | IP lookup |
| Blacklists | Not listed on spam or abuse lists | IP blacklist checker |
| Leaks | The browser shows only the proxy IP | WebRTC leak test |
| Sharing | Dedicated to you, never shared with other customers | The provider's plan page |
| Speed | Pages load as fast as on your own connection | Proxy checker |
The fastest way to run this list on real IPs is the $4.99 trial: 5 CleanProxies ISP IPs for 1 hour. For a deeper walkthrough, read how to test proxy quality. For managing several social platforms, see best proxies for social media management.
Key stats
LinkedIn has "more than 1 billion members in more than 200 countries and territories" (About LinkedIn).
In July to December 2025, LinkedIn's automated defenses blocked 97.8% of the fake accounts it stopped, and 99.7% were stopped before a member report (Community Report).
The LinkedIn User Agreement allows one account per person, in your real name (Section 2.1), and bans bots and scraping (Section 8.2) (User Agreement).
Bright Data and Oxylabs both attach a 100 GB per IP monthly rule to their "unlimited" ISP proxies (pricing pages, 2 November 2026). CleanProxies ISP IPs are unmetered.
Final verdict
CleanProxies is the best LinkedIn proxy provider in 2026. One dedicated, carrier-registered US ISP IP per member, as low as $0.75/IP, $149 for 100 IPs and $990 for 1,000, with unlimited bandwidth, HTTP(S)/SOCKS5/IP whitelist and delivery in seconds.
Oxylabs: solid dedicated product, but 100 IPs need a $500 plan and sessions drop after 100 GB per IP.
Bright Data: large pool, but $2.50 to $3.50 per dedicated IP and a 100 GB per IP allowance.
Decodo: dedicated plans stop at 200 IPs and prices exclude VAT.
IPRoyal: flat $2.70 per proxy a month with no published volume tiers.
Webshare: up to 1 Gbps speeds and shared plans on the same page.

Frequently Asked Questions
A dedicated static ISP proxy: one fixed IP registered to a home internet provider, used by one member in their own country. CleanProxies ranks #1 for this, with 100% dedicated US ISP proxies as low as $0.75/IP, unlimited bandwidth and HTTP(S), SOCKS5 or IP whitelist access.
LinkedIn's User Agreement doesn't mention proxies by name. It allows one account per person in your real name and bans bots, scraping, sharing log-ins and getting around security features or use limits. A proxy is fine as a steady login location for a real member's own account; it never makes prohibited automation or extra accounts acceptable.
Static. A LinkedIn profile should sign in from the same place every day, and rotating proxies change the IP. Rotating residential proxies are useful for logged-out checks, such as how a public company page or job post looks from a given city.
One. Give each member their own dedicated IP and never share an IP, or a log-in, between people. LinkedIn allows one account per person.
At CleanProxies, dedicated US ISP proxies cost $1.49/IP at 100 IPs ($149 a month), $0.99/IP at 1,000 ($990) and as low as $0.75/IP at 10,000, with unlimited bandwidth. On 2 November 2026 Bright Data listed 100 dedicated IPs at $275 and 1,000 at $2,500. You can test 5 IPs for 1 hour with the $4.99 trial.
