Costco notes that online prices can differ from warehouse prices, for example because shipping is built in or a promotion is warehouse-only. Label every price you collect as online, and never compare it directly with a warehouse shelf price.
Some items hide their price until a signed-in member views them. Decide whether you need those prices at all; if you do, use your own membership from one static IP and do not share one login across a scraping fleet.
Grocery delivery and some large items are only offered in certain areas. Set the ZIP in the session and store it with the availability result.
costco.ca serves Canada with its own prices in Canadian dollars, and Costco Business Center has its own site and assortment for business members. Treat each as its own data set.
