Oxylabs Pricing 2026: Every Plan, Real Costs and a Cheaper Option

Team CleanProxies
15 Min Read

Oxylabs pricing in 2026: Oxylabs now sells one monthly credit plan for all of its products: Starter $15, Basic $100, Flexible $500 and Enterprise from $2,500 a month, plus a one-time $5 welcome credit. Your plan sets your rate: residential proxies cost $6/GB on the small plans and $2.50/GB on Enterprise, dedicated ISP proxies $3.30 to $2.20 per IP, mobile proxies $7.50 to $3.50/GB, and the Web Scraper API from $0.50 to $0.25 per 1,000 results. Unused credit expires at the end of each billing cycle. Below: every proxy rate, what the credit model means for your real bill, and a calculator for your own workload. If you only need proxies, CleanProxies dedicated ISP proxies start as low as $0.75/IP and residential as low as $0.63/GB; the full ladders are on our proxy pricing page.

Updated 7 November 2026. Every Oxylabs number below was read on its public pricing pages that day; links and screenshots are in each section. Oxylabs prices exclude VAT and sales tax, which it adds where they apply.

TL;DR

  • One subscription, shared credit: pick Starter ($15), Basic ($100), Flexible ($500) or Enterprise (from $2,500). The plan's dollars become credit that any Oxylabs product can spend, and the plan you pick decides your rate on every product.

  • Residential: $6/GB on Starter, $5/GB on Basic, $4/GB on Flexible, $2.50/GB on Enterprise (1K+ GB).

  • Dedicated ISP: $3.30/IP on Starter, $2.78 on Basic, $2.60 on Flexible, $2.20 on Enterprise. Concurrency drops from 100 to 10 sessions per IP after 100 GB in a month.

  • Mobile: $7.50/GB down to $3.50/GB on Enterprise.

  • Credit expires: unused credit is gone at the end of the billing cycle (unless it carries over as part of an upgrade).

  • Cheaper option: for proxies alone, CleanProxies costs 46-80% less than the cheapest public Oxylabs route in our calculator: 100 dedicated ISP IPs are $149 a month against $278, and 1,000 GB of residential is $840 once against $2,500. Test it with the $4.99 trial.

How Oxylabs pricing works now: one credit plan for everything

Oxylabs used to sell a separate subscription per product. Its pricing pages now show the same five columns on every product, under the line "Single subscription. All product access.":

PlanMonthly feeWhat you get
Welcome creditsFree$5 toward any product, one time
Starter$15$15 of credit at Starter rates
Basic$100$100 of credit at Basic rates
Flexible ("most popular")$500$500 of credit at Flexible rates
EnterpriseFrom $2,500Custom offer at Enterprise rates

The Oxylabs FAQ explains the mechanics: you pay the full plan amount every month, it is added to your balance as credit, and each product deducts credit "according to that product's rates and your actual usage". Three rules decide your real cost:

  1. The plan sets the rate. The same GB of residential traffic costs $5 on Basic, $4 on Flexible and $2.50 on Enterprise. To unlock a lower rate you commit to a bigger monthly fee.

  2. You can top up, but the rate stays your plan's. The Oxylabs FAQ says you can top up via the dashboard when you reach your plan's limit; it does not print a separate top-up rate, so our calculator assumes top-ups bill at your plan's rate.

  3. Unused credit expires. Per the FAQ, "Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle, unless they carry over as part of an upgrade." If you buy Flexible for $500 and use $260, the other $240 only has value if you spend it on another Oxylabs product that month.

Dedicated ISP IPs are charged daily: the monthly price divided by 30, whatever the calendar month. Oxylabs also bills its /Search Web API and Agent Browser from the same balance; see its pricing hub.

The shared balance is useful if you already run several Oxylabs products. If you mainly need proxies, it means paying for the plan, not for what you use. CleanProxies works the other way: ISP and subnet IPs are a flat monthly price per IP with no traffic meter, and residential and mobile GB are bought once and stay in your account until you use them.

Oxylabs residential rates by credit plan: Starter $15, Basic $100, Flexible $500, Enterprise from $2,500 a month. Screenshot: oxylabs.io/pricing/residential-proxy-pool, 7 Nov 2026.

Oxylabs bills "both the request and response traffic", "regardless of the HTTP status code returned", so blocked and failed requests use credit too. Its residential FAQ also lists target categories it restricts on the network, including all Apple domains, banking and financial sites, some Google domains, government sites, streaming, ticketing and mailing.

The same traffic on CleanProxies rotating residential proxies:

TrafficCleanProxies (one-time, never expires)Cheapest Oxylabs route (per month)
100 GB$99$500 (Basic topped up at $5/GB, or Flexible)
500 GB$445$2,000 (Flexible topped up at $4/GB)
1,000 GB$840$2,500 (Enterprise at $2.50/GB)

Our residential pool covers 190+ countries with state and city targeting, rotating or sticky sessions (5 minutes up to 24 hours), on HTTP(S) with username:password authentication. And because CleanProxies GB never expire, a slow month does not cost you anything. Pricing checked on 7 Nov 2026: Oxylabs residential pricing.

Oxylabs ISP proxy pricing (dedicated and shared)

Oxylabs sells two ISP products. Every CleanProxies ISP IP is dedicated to one customer, so the fair comparison is Dedicated ISP Proxies:

Oxylabs planDedicated ISP rateIPs the plan covers
Welcome credit ($5)$3.30/IPUp to 1 IP
Starter ($15/mo)$3.30/IPUp to 4 IPs
Basic ($100/mo)$2.78/IPUp to 35 IPs
Flexible ($500/mo)$2.60/IPUp to 192 IPs
Enterprise (from $2,500/mo)$2.20/IP1.14K+ IPs

The plain ISP Proxies product is "shared with up to 3 users", so other customers send traffic through the same IPs; see its ISP pricing page for those rates.

The "unlimited bandwidth with fair usage" line has real limits. Per the Oxylabs FAQ, each dedicated ISP IP gets 100 concurrent sessions until it has used 100 GB in the month; after that it drops to 10 concurrent sessions for the rest of the billing cycle (shared ISP IPs hit the same cut at 50 GB). A busy crawler or account dashboard can reach that in days.

Dedicated ISP IPs (30 days)CleanProxies / monthCheapest Oxylabs route / month
100$149 ($1.49/IP)$278 (Basic topped up at $2.78/IP)
500$575 ($1.15/IP)$1,300 (Flexible topped up at $2.60/IP)
1,000$990 ($0.99/IP)$2,500 (Enterprise, from $2,500)
10,000$7,500 ($0.75/IP)Custom Enterprise quote

CleanProxies ISP proxies are unmetered: unlimited bandwidth and unlimited threads all month, on Tier-1 carrier ASNs, with 100Gbps network ports, under 20ms latency and 99.9% uptime. Our ISP IPs are the cleanest on the market, with a 0 fraud score, and every one is 100% dedicated and never shared. Price note for our side: AT&T IPs have their own ladder (see proxy pricing); every other carrier follows the ladder above. Pricing checked on 7 Nov 2026: Oxylabs dedicated ISP pricing.

100 GB of mobile traffic uses the whole $500 Flexible plan at Oxylabs, and 500 GB costs $2,500 a month (Flexible topped up, or Enterprise). On CleanProxies mobile proxies the same 100 GB costs $179 once and 500 GB costs $725. You get real 4G/5G mobile IPs in 150+ countries with country-level targeting, rotating or sticky sessions, and GB that never expire. Pricing checked on 7 Nov 2026: Oxylabs mobile pricing.

Oxylabs datacenter, Web Unblocker and Web Scraper API pricing

Datacenter: Oxylabs sells dedicated datacenter IPs, shared datacenter IPs and per-GB datacenter traffic on the same credit plans; see its datacenter pricing page for the rates. CleanProxies does not sell datacenter proxies. Our dedicated ISP proxies give you datacenter-class speed (100Gbps ports, under 20ms) on IPs registered to real internet providers; ISP vs residential vs datacenter proxies explains the difference.

Web Unblocker: $7.20/GB on the welcome credit and Starter, $6/GB on Basic, $4.80/GB on Flexible and $3/GB on Enterprise (Web Unblocker pricing).

Web Scraper API (pricing), billed per 1,000 results:

Oxylabs plan/Scrape (from)Google, JS renderingGoogle, no JS
Starter ($15/mo)$0.50$1.35$1.00
Basic ($100/mo)$0.45$1.30$0.90
Flexible ($500/mo)$0.35$1.15$0.70
Enterprise (from $2,500/mo)$0.25$0.90$0.50

An API like this does the retries, rendering and parsing for you, which is what you pay for per result. If you run your own scraper (Scrapy, Playwright, requests), raw proxies are usually far cheaper. A worked example: 1,000,000 plain pages a month is about $350 of credit at the Flexible "from" rate, on a $500 plan. The same million pages at an assumed 100 KB each, plus 30% extra traffic for retries and supporting requests, is 130 GB: $128.70 on CleanProxies residential, and GB you don't use stay in your account. Both assumptions are ours; measure your own targets first, because pages rendered in a browser can weigh far more. Our guide to static vs rotating proxies for scraping shows how to measure page weight.

Run the numbers yourself

We put both price lists into a short Python script. For each volume it tries every Oxylabs plan, topped up at that plan's rate when the plan's credit is not enough, keeps the cheapest, and prices the same volume on the CleanProxies ladder (from 100 units). Volumes stop at the Enterprise starting credit, because larger Enterprise deals are custom quotes.

    500 Oxylabs $2,500.00 (Flexible ) CleanProxies $ 725.00 71% less

Three assumptions sit in these numbers: top-ups bill at the plan's rate (Oxylabs does not publish a top-up rate), Enterprise is quoted "from $2,500" so your offer may differ, and taxes are left out on both sides. Across every volume we priced, CleanProxies comes out 46% to 80% cheaper. If you would rather not top up, the gap widens: 100 dedicated ISP IPs then need the $500 Flexible plan.

Key stats

  • 4 paid plans: Starter $15, Basic $100, Flexible $500, Enterprise from $2,500 a month (Oxylabs residential pricing).

  • $2.50/GB is the lowest public Oxylabs residential rate, and it needs Enterprise (1K+ GB). CleanProxies residential starts as low as $0.63/GB.

  • $2.20/IP is the lowest public Oxylabs dedicated ISP rate (1.14K+ IPs). CleanProxies dedicated ISP starts as low as $0.75/IP (proxy pricing).

  • 100 GB per IP: after that, an Oxylabs dedicated ISP IP drops from 100 to 10 concurrent sessions for the rest of the cycle (dedicated ISP FAQ).

  • Credit expires at the end of each billing cycle; CleanProxies residential and mobile GB never expire.

What the numbers mean

Oxylabs prices are built for teams that spend a fixed budget every month across several products, especially scraping APIs. For a proxy buyer that model has three costs that do not show in the per-GB or per-IP rate:

  • The tier jump. Rates fall only when you commit to a bigger plan. 100 dedicated ISP IPs do not fit in Basic ($100 covers 35), so you either top up at $2.78/IP or pay $500 for Flexible.

  • Expiring credit. A quiet month still costs the full plan fee.

  • Fair-usage limits on "unlimited" ISP. Session caps after 100 GB per IP (50 GB on shared) limit heavy users.

CleanProxies removes all three: a published ladder where the price per IP or GB simply falls as you buy more, GB that never expire, and ISP IPs with unlimited bandwidth and threads. That is why CleanProxies is the cheaper and simpler choice for anyone buying proxies rather than a scraping platform.

Which should you pick

If you are pricing Oxylabs for proxies, CleanProxies is the stronger buy at every volume in the tables above:

How to test before you commit

  1. Write down your volume: IPs you need at once, or GB per month (measure a sample of your targets).

  2. Run the calculator above with your numbers.

  3. Check an IP's reputation with our free proxy checker.

  4. Start the $4.99 trial: 5 ISP IPs for 1 hour, or 100 MB of residential or mobile traffic. Run your real workload on it.

  5. Order the size you need; proxies are active within seconds of payment, and 24/7 support is there if you need help with setup.

CleanProxies pricing

Frequently Asked Questions

Oxylabs plans cost $15 (Starter), $100 (Basic), $500 (Flexible) or from $2,500 (Enterprise) a month, plus a one-time $5 welcome credit. The plan amount becomes credit for any Oxylabs product, and the plan decides your rate.

$6/GB on the welcome credit and Starter, $5/GB on Basic, $4/GB on Flexible and $2.50/GB on Enterprise (1K+ GB), as shown on 7 Nov 2026. CleanProxies residential is as low as $0.63/GB, bought once and never expiring.

No. Per the Oxylabs FAQ, unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle unless they carry over as part of an upgrade.

They are "unlimited bandwidth with fair usage". A dedicated ISP IP gets 100 concurrent sessions until it has used 100 GB in the month, then 10 for the rest of the cycle; shared ISP IPs hit that at 50 GB. CleanProxies ISP proxies have unlimited bandwidth and unlimited threads.

Yes. CleanProxies dedicated ISP proxies start as low as $0.75/IP and residential as low as $0.63/GB, with no monthly credit commitment. 100 dedicated ISP IPs cost $149 a month; the cheapest Oxylabs route we found for the same 100 is $278.
