Bright Data pricing in 2026: residential proxies list at $8/GB pay as you go (shown at $4/GB with a 50% coupon for the first 3 months), monthly residential plans start at $499, dedicated ISP proxies cost $2.50 to $3.50 per IP per month with a 100 GB fair-use allowance per IP, and the Web Unlocker and SERP APIs cost $1.50 per 1,000 successful requests. Below: every plan, what the commitments and fair-use rules mean for your bill, and a calculator to price your own workload. If you only need proxies, the cheaper route is CleanProxies dedicated ISP proxies as low as $0.75/IP and residential as low as $0.63/GB; full ladders are on our proxy pricing page.

Updated 6 November 2026. Every Bright Data number below was read on its public pricing pages that day; links and screenshots are in each section.

TL;DR

  • Residential: $8/GB pay as you go with no commitment (currently $4/GB with code RESIGB50 for 3 months), or monthly plans from $499 for 141 GB (coupon price). Unused plan traffic does not roll over.

  • ISP: Shared, Dedicated or Pay/GB. Dedicated runs $2.75/IP at 100 IPs and $2.50/IP at 1,000, each IP with a 100 GB monthly fair-use allowance.

  • Scraping APIs: $1.50 per 1K successful requests, or $499/month on the Scale plan.

  • Onboarding: residential and mobile access goes through a KYC review first.

  • Cheaper option: for proxies alone, CleanProxies costs 46-60% less on dedicated ISP IPs ($149 vs $275 for 100) and $139.59 once vs $499 a month for 141 GB of residential traffic. Test it with the $4.99 trial.

How Bright Data prices its proxies

Bright Data sells three billing models side by side, and the right one depends on what you buy:

  1. Per GB for residential (and a Pay/GB option for ISP and datacenter). You pay for traffic, either pay as you go or through a monthly plan with included GB.

  2. Per IP per month for ISP and datacenter, split into Shared and Dedicated tabs at different prices. Each IP comes with a 100 GB monthly fair-use allowance, per its ISP pricing FAQ.

  3. Per 1,000 successful requests for its scraping products (Web Unlocker, SERP API).

On top of that come the account rules that change the real cost: the billing cycle starts on the 1st of each month (the first month is prorated), a monthly commitment "will not roll over to the next month", and the sign-up offer matches your first deposit up to $500. That deposit match is generous on paper, but it only pays off if you keep spending at Bright Data's rates.

CleanProxies keeps it simple: ISP and subnet IPs are a flat monthly price per IP with no traffic meter, while residential and mobile GB are bought once and stay in your account until you use them.

Bright Data ISP proxy pricing

Bright Data's ISP page has three tabs: Shared, Dedicated and Pay/GB. Since every CleanProxies ISP IP is dedicated to one customer, the fair comparison is the Dedicated tab:

Dedicated ISP IPsCleanProxies / monthBright Data / monthYou save with CleanProxies
100$149 ($1.49/IP)$275 ($2.75/IP)46%
500$575 ($1.15/IP)$1,300 ($2.60/IP)56%
1,000$990 ($0.99/IP)$2,500 ($2.50/IP)60%
10,000$7,500 ($0.75/IP)Contact sales (above 1,000 IPs)

Bright Data also sells ISP traffic per GB: $8/GB pay as you go, or $499/month for 71 GB ($7/GB), $999 for 166 GB and $1,999 for 399 GB. Even its shared ISP IPs, which other customers also use, cost more at volume than our dedicated ones: $1.40/IP at 500 and $1.30/IP at 1,000.

Bright Data dedicated ISP plans with the Dedicated tab selected. Screenshot: brightdata.com/pricing/proxy-network/isp-proxies, 6 Nov 2026.

The bandwidth line matters as much as the IP price. Bright Data's FAQ says "each IP includes a 100 GB fair usage allowance per month" and that above it "additional charges may apply"; the pricing page does not print the overage rate. CleanProxies ISP proxies are unmetered: unlimited bandwidth and unlimited threads, so a heavy crawl or a busy account manager costs the same as a quiet one. Pricing checked on 6 Nov 2026: Bright Data ISP pricing.

Price note for our side: AT&T IPs are priced on their own ladder (see proxy pricing); every other carrier follows the standard ladder above.

Bright Data residential proxy pricing

Bright Data's residential page currently leads with code RESIGB50, "50% OFF Residential Proxies for 3 months". The cards show the list price struck through next to the coupon price:

PlanList priceWith RESIGB50 (3 months)Billed
Pay as you go$8/GB$4/GBNo commitment
141 GB included$7/GB$3.50/GB$499 monthly
332 GB included$6/GB$3/GB$999 monthly
798 GB included$5/GB$2.50/GB$1,999 monthly
Bright Data residential plans with list prices struck through and the 3-month coupon applied. Screenshot: brightdata.com/pricing/proxy-network/residential-proxies, 6 Nov 2026.

Here is the same traffic on CleanProxies rotating residential proxies, priced from our ladder:

TrafficCleanProxies (one-time, never expires)Bright Data with coupon (monthly)
141 GB$139.59$499
332 GB$312.08$999
798 GB$710.22$1,999

Two things matter beyond the first month. First, the coupon ends after three months and the cards print list rates of $7, $6 and $5/GB, so ask Bright Data what each plan includes once the promo ends. Second, Bright Data plan traffic you don't use in a month is gone, while CleanProxies GB carry over until you spend them. Our residential pool covers 190+ countries with state and city targeting, rotating or sticky sessions (5 minutes up to 24 hours), on HTTP(S) with username:password authentication. Pricing checked on 6 Nov 2026: Bright Data residential pricing.

Bright Data mobile and datacenter pricing

Mobile: on 6 Nov 2026 Bright Data's mobile pricing URL opened its general proxy pricing page, with Residential, ISP and Datacenter tabs and no mobile price; its FAQ says residential and mobile use requires a KYC review. CleanProxies mobile proxies are priced in the open: as low as $0.79/GB, real 4G/5G mobile IPs in 150+ countries, country-level targeting, rotating or sticky sessions, and GB that never expire.

Datacenter: Bright Data prices datacenter the same way as ISP: Shared and Dedicated IPs billed per IP per month (10 to 1,000 IPs, with the same 100 GB fair-use allowance per IP) plus Pay/GB plans; see its datacenter pricing page for the current rates. CleanProxies does not sell datacenter proxies; our dedicated ISP proxies run on Tier-1 carrier ASNs with 100Gbps network ports and under 20ms latency, so you get datacenter-class speed on IPs that are registered to real internet providers. If you are deciding between the two, read ISP vs residential vs datacenter proxies.

Web Unlocker and SERP API pricing

Bright Data's scraping APIs are billed per successful request:

  • Free tier: 5K requests per month.

  • Pay as you go: $1.50 per 1,000 requests, "pay only for success".

  • Scale: $499/month with 383K requests included (380K on the SERP API page), then $1.30 per 1,000.

  • Enterprise: custom.

Bright Data Web Unlocker plans, billed per 1,000 successful requests. Screenshot: brightdata.com/pricing/web-unlocker, 6 Nov 2026.

Bright Data also sells a Browser API, a Scraper API and ready-made datasets, each priced on its own page under brightdata.com/pricing.

An unlocker API does the retries, rendering and success checks for you and bills only successful requests, which is why it costs more per page. If you run your own scraper (Scrapy, Playwright, requests), you handle those parts yourself, and raw proxies are usually far cheaper. A worked example: 1,000,000 pages a month through the PAYG API is $1,500. The same million pages at an assumed 100 KB per page, plus 30% extra traffic for retries and supporting requests, is 130 GB, which costs $128.70 on CleanProxies residential. Both assumptions are ours: measure your own targets and success rate first, because JavaScript-heavy pages rendered in a browser can weigh far more. Our guide to static vs rotating proxies for scraping shows how to measure page weight and pick the cheaper proxy type.

Run the numbers yourself

We put both price lists into a short Python script so you can plug in your own volumes. Bright Data residential figures are the coupon prices shown on 6 Nov 2026 (RESIGB50, first 3 months); ISP and API figures are standard prices. CleanProxies figures are our standard ladder from 100 units.

Assumptions: Bright Data rates as shown on 6 Nov 2026 and unchanged over the year; taxes, the deposit match and enterprise discounts left out on both sides.

What the numbers mean

  • For dedicated static IPs, you pay 46-60% less with CleanProxies, and the gap grows with volume: 46% less at 100 IPs, 60% less at 1,000.

  • For residential traffic, the plan structure costs as much as the rate. A $499 monthly plan you only half use is still $499. Pay-once GB that never expire remove that waste.

  • Bandwidth caps change the ISP math. A 100 GB per IP fair-use line is fine for light account work, but a scraping fleet on 100 IPs can pass it. Unmetered CleanProxies ISP IPs remove the overage question entirely.

  • Onboarding has a cost too. A KYC review (which "may include a quick intro video call") is time before your first request. CleanProxies proxies are active in seconds after payment.

Which should you pick?

If you need proxies, pick CleanProxies. It is the cheapest way to get the same proxy types Bright Data sells:

  • Static, dedicated IPs for accounts, ads, e-commerce and SERP work: CleanProxies ISP proxies, 100% dedicated IPs never shared, on Tier-1 carrier ASNs (AT&T, Comcast, Cox, Frontier and more), 0 fraud score, 99.9% uptime.

  • Large-scale scraping across many countries: rotating residential proxies as low as $0.63/GB, with city and state targeting and GB that never expire.

  • Mobile apps and mobile-first sites: mobile proxies as low as $0.79/GB in 150+ countries.

  • A full /24 block: ISP subnet proxies from $1.19/IP.

How to test before you switch

  1. Write down your real workload: IPs you keep busy at the same time, GB per month, target sites and countries.

  2. Price it on both sides with the script above, using the plan you would actually buy.

  3. Check IP quality with our free proxy checker: ASN, carrier and location of every IP.

  4. Run your real job for an hour, not a speed test: success rate, response time and blocks on your own target sites.

  5. Start with the $4.99 trial: create an account and get 5 dedicated ISP IPs for 1 hour, or 100 MB of traffic. One trial per account.

Frequently Asked Questions

On 6 Nov 2026 Bright Data residential proxies listed at $8/GB pay as you go, shown at $4/GB with coupon RESIGB50 for the first 3 months. Monthly plans were $499 (141 GB), $999 (332 GB) and $1,999 (798 GB) at coupon prices. CleanProxies residential is as low as $0.63/GB, paid once, and the GB never expire.

Dedicated ISP IPs were $3.50/IP at 10, $2.75 at 100, $2.60 at 500 and $2.50 at 1,000 per month, each with a 100 GB monthly fair-use allowance. CleanProxies dedicated ISP proxies are as low as $0.75/IP with unmetered bandwidth: $149 for 100 IPs and $990 for 1,000.

Residential and ISP traffic can be bought pay as you go with no commitment. The monthly residential and ISP Pay/GB plans start at $499, and per Bright Data's FAQ an unused monthly commitment does not roll over to the next month.

Yes for residential and mobile IPs. Bright Data's pricing FAQ says a representative will ask you to complete KYC, which may include a short video call and verification of company or personal information. Web Unlocker does not require KYC, per the same FAQ.

Usually not if you run your own scraper. Web Unlocker costs $1.50 per 1,000 successful requests pay as you go, so 1 million pages is $1,500. At an assumed 100 KB per page plus 30% retry traffic, the same job is about 130 GB, or $128.70 on CleanProxies residential. Measure your own pages before deciding.

CleanProxies: ISP proxies as low as $0.75/IP, ISP subnets from $1.19/IP, rotating residential as low as $0.63/GB and mobile as low as $0.79/GB, with instant delivery and a $4.99 trial (5 ISP IPs for 1 hour, or 100 MB).
