Redfin is a brokerage, and its listing data comes from MLS feeds with licence terms attached. Use listing-level data for your own analysis, not for republishing.
Canada is a separate site
Canadian listings live on redfin.ca and cover selected markets only. Use a Canadian IP for those and a US IP for redfin.com.
