Affiliate Agreement

You accept this Agreement when you switch your account to the Affiliate Program in the CleanProxies dashboard and tick the box to accept it. It applies together with our Terms of Service. If they conflict on the Affiliate Program, this Agreement applies.

There is no application. Any CleanProxies account in good standing can switch to the Affiliate Program by adding a PayPal email address and accepting this Agreement. We may refuse, suspend or end anyone's participation at any time, including when we suspect a breach of this Agreement.

• 50% of the first purchase made by each customer you refer, and 10% of every later payment they make (renewals, top-ups, new plans and balance deposits).
• At most $3,000 in total per referred customer.
• Commission is calculated on card and crypto payments actually received, after discounts. Amounts paid from an account balance, proxy trials, and refunded or charged-back payments earn nothing.
• The rates shown in your dashboard apply. We may change them for the future with notice on our website; changes don't affect commissions already earned.

• A referral is tracked through your link: any page of our website with ?referral_code=your-code.
• The link is remembered in the visitor's browser for 30 days. If they click another partner's link afterwards, the last link clicked wins.
• The referral is fixed when the customer's account is created. Existing accounts, customers already referred by someone else, and your own accounts can't be referred.
• Tracking needs cookies; blockers and privacy tools can prevent it, and we can't credit referrals we couldn't track.
• A switch between Refer a Friend and the Affiliate Program applies to customers who sign up after the switch. Earlier referrals keep paying the way they were made.

Each commission is pending for 30 days after the customer's payment. A refund or chargeback during that time cancels it. If a payment is refunded or charged back after the commission was paid to you, we may deduct the amount from your future commissions.

• Once commissions are available you can request a payout weekly, when at least $10 is available. We review every request before paying it.
• Payouts are made by PayPal to the email address in your dashboard. The PayPal account must be verified and in the same name as your CleanProxies account.
• We may ask for proof of identity before your first payout, and hold payouts until it is provided.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your commissions.

• Bidding in Google Ads or any other paid search on "CleanProxies", "Clean Proxies", our domain, or on generic product terms such as "ISP proxies", "residential proxies", "rotating proxies", "mobile proxies" or "datacenter proxies", including misspellings and variations.
• Spam: unsolicited email, messages, comments or forum posts.
• Referring yourself, your own or related accounts, or creating accounts to earn commission.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden links, or any other way of setting the referral cookie without a genuine click.
• Paying or rewarding people to sign up or buy (incentivised sign-ups).
• Listing on coupon, voucher or deal sites without our written approval.
• False or misleading claims about CleanProxies, our prices or our products, or presenting yourself as CleanProxies.

Commissions earned through any of these are forfeited, and we may end your participation.

You may use the logos from our brand assets unchanged to promote CleanProxies. Any other use of our name or marks, including in domain names or social media handles, needs our written approval first.

Information we share with you that isn't public, such as unreleased products or pricing, stays confidential.

You take part as an independent party, not as our employee, agent or partner, and you may not make commitments on our behalf.

You can leave at any time by switching back to Refer a Friend or closing your account. We may end your participation at any time. Unless it ends because of a breach of this Agreement, we pay out the commissions that become available under the rules above.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under this Agreement is limited to the commissions paid to you in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update this Agreement. The date above shows the latest version; we will ask you to accept a new version in your dashboard before it applies to you.
